       Alienation Fine on the within Land due to the Lord Proprietary by Virtue of a Commission
       from Dan.l of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General

       Maryland to wit
       This Indenture made this twenty first Day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and seventy four Between Henry Holland half Moon Street Piccadilly Builder
       and William Powell & Sons Ironmongers of the one Part and the Honourable Richard Lee Esquire
       of the other Part  Whereas the said Henry Holland and William Powell and Sons on the
       fifteenth Day of April one thousand seven hundred and seventy four did set up and expose to
       Sale at publick Vendue two Acres and one hundred and thirty six Square Perches of Land
       with the Buildings and Improvements thereon lying and being in the City of Annapolis which
       the said Henry Holland William Powell & Sons have lately purchased of a certain William Bernard
       Esquire at which publick Vendue the said Richard Lee being the highest Bidder did purchase
       the said Land with the Buildings and Improvements thereon at and for the Sum of one thousand
       six hundred and eighty Pounds Sterling  Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the
       said Henry Holland and William Powell & Sons for and in Consideration of the Sum of
       one thousand six hundred and eighty Pounds Sterling to them in Hand paid by the said
       Richard Lee the Receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge Have granted bargained
       sold aliened released and confirmed and by these Presents do grant bargain sell
       alien release and confirm unto the said Richard Lee his Heirs and Assigns all the
       aforesaid two Acres and one hundred and thirty six Square Perches of Land with all
       and singular the Buildings and Improvements thereon and Hereditaments and Appurtenances
       thereunto or unto any Part thereof belonging and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and every Part and
       Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Trust Property Claim and
       Demand whatsoever of the said Henry Holland William Powell & Sons or either of them of
       in or to the said Lands Tenements Messuages Hereditaments and Premisses hereby or
       mentioned or intended to be hereby granted bargained and sold every or any Part or Parcel
       thereof  To have and to hold the said Lands Buildings and Improvements Hereditaments
       and all and singular other the Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances unto
       the said Richard Lee his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other Use Intent or
