Ex.d
       This Indenture made this fourth Day of Apraell in the Year of our Lord ^God^ seventeen hundred and
       seventy four between Isaac Webster of Harford County of the one Part Sarah Webster formerly
       of Frederick County of the same Part and Lewis Duvall Jun.r of Frederick County afs.d of the
       other Part witnesseth  That the said Isaac and Sarah his Wife for and in Consideration of the
       Sum of six hundred Pounds current money in hand paid the Recept whereof is hereby acknowledged
       hath granted bargained and sold Releas.d and confirmed and by these Presents
       doth grant bargain sell release and confirm unto the said Lewis Duvall his Heirs and
       Assigns all that Part of a Parcell of Land laying and being in Frederick County on the
       Head Springs of Sinneca Creek called and known by the Name of Richardson's Range
       Beginning for the said Part at the Original Beginning of the whole Tract and running
       with and bounding on the first Course of the said Survey South sixty eight degrees East
       forty Perches then with a streight Line to the End of the tenth Line of the said
       Tract Land which is North eleven and a halfe Degrees West one hundred and twenty
       Perches Thence running and bounding with the severall Courses of the said Land
       agreable to the Grant thereoff untill it come round to the Beginning Bounds of the
       said Land containing in said Part three hundred Eighty three Acres more or less one
       other Tract of Land there adjoining called Rogues Harbor (or under a Resurvey called)
       Rogues Harber Enlarged containing about two hundred and two Acres more or less
       Also one other Tract there adjoing called Bristoll containing fifty Acres P.r Pattent
       which Land in the whole will contain about six hundred and thirty six Acres with
       the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts
       of the said bargained Premisses with all the Houses Buildings and Improvements
       thereon and all Bennefitts and Advantages whatsoever to the same appertaining
       and ^Belonging^ Appertaining  To have and hold the said bargained and sold Premisses with ^the^ Appurtinances
       to him the said Lewis Duvall his Heirs and Assigns to the only Use and
       Behoof of the said Lewis Duvall his Heirs and Assigns forever  And to no other
       Intent or Purpose whatsoever  And the said Isaac Webster and Sarah Webster Parties
       hereto covenants and agrees to and with the said Lewis Duvall his heirs and Assigns
       that they the said Isaac and Sarah Parties hereto and their Heirs and Assigns
       against all Persons whatsoever will warrant and defend the same by from or
