                                                    This Indenture made this 27.th day
       of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred & Seventy Fore
       Between William Boarman of the County and Province aforesaid of the one part
       Planter  And Edward Boarman of ^the^ said County and Province of the other part
       Witnesseth that the said William Boarman for and in Consideration of the sum
       of fifty Pistoles to him in hand paid & Secured to be paid by the said Edward
       Boarman the receipt whereof the said William Boarman  Doth hereby fully
       acknowledge to be fully satisfyed and Content therewith  Hath given granted
       Bargain'd Sold aliened Enfeof'd Convey'd & Confirm'd & by these presents
       doth fully clearly and absolutely give grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeof convey
       and Confirm unto him the said Edward Boarman his Heirs & Assigns forever
       all that parcell of Land being part of a Tract of Land called Boarman
       Mannor Lying in the County aforesaid beginning at a Locust Post set up
       for this purpose running thence with the Road as the road runs now while
       it intersect with Henry Boarmans Land Containing & now laid out for
       Sixteen Acres more or less together with all & Singular the Ways Waters
       Easments rights Members Jurisdictions Privelidges & appurtenances whatsoever
       thereunto belonging or in any wise Apertaining & all and every part
       or parcell thereof To have and to Hold the said Tract or parcell of Land  And all
       & Singular the said Bargained & sold & Granted Premises or hereby Meant or
       Intended to be bargained & Sold as aforesaid unto him the said Edward Boarman
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever To be holden of the Cheif Lord of the Fee or Fees
       thereof by & under the Rents & Services therefore due and of Right accustomed
       and the said William Boarman doth hereby grant for himself that he
       the said William Boarman & his Heirs and every of the said Tract or parcell
       of Land according to the metes & bounds unto him the said Edward
       Boarman and his Heirs against him the said William Boarman & all
       and every person or persons whatsoever shall & will warrant & for ever
       defend the rents & Services hereafter to become due and payable to the Cheif
       Lord of the Fee in respect to the Premises only Excepted  And the said William
       Boarman doth hereby for himself and his Heirs Executors & administrators
       that he the said William Boarman doth Covenant Promise & agree
       to & with the said Edward Boarman his Heirs and Assigns as aforesaid
