703 unto the same James Tilghman his Heirs and Assigns an undivided half part or Moiety of all that Acre or Lott or Portion of Ground aforesaid and all and singular the premisses together with all Edefices Buildings Improvements Priviledges Commodities Advantages Liberties and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said premisses with the Appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the same James Williams and Elizabeth his Wife and either of them of in to and out of the said Premisses and every part thereof To the Use Intent and Purpose therein and herein before mentioned And also by the aforesaid Indenture of Release the same James Tilghman did covenant promise grant and agree to and with the same James Williams and Elizabeth his Wife and their and each of their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns in Manner and Form as therein is contained as by the same Indentures of Lease and Release Relation being there^un^to had may more fully and at large appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the same James Tilghman for the true and perfect fullfilling the Intent Purpose and Meaning of the afore recited Deeds of Lease and Release and every Clause Article and Covenant therein contained and also for and in Consideration of the Sum of ten Shillings Sterling Money to him in Hand paid by the same James Williams and Elizabeth his Wife at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he the said James Tilghman doth hereby accknowldge and thereof and therefrom and of and from every part and parcell thereof doth hereby release acquit and discharge the same James Williams and Elizabeth his Wife and their Executors and Administrators hath granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Doth grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto the same James Williams and Elizabeth his Wife (in their actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale thereof to them made by the aforesaid James Tilghman and bearing Date the Day next before the Day of the Date of these presents for one whole year commencing from the Day next before the Day of the Date thereof and by Force of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession) an undivided half Part or Moiety of all the aforesaid One Acre or Lott or Portion of Ground aforesaid & all and singular the premisses together with all Edifices Buildings Improvements Priviledges Commodities Advantages Liberties and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said premisses with the Appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of of the same James Tilghman of in to or out of the said Premisses and every part thereof To have and to hold an undivided half Part or Moiety of all that Acre or Lott or Portion of Ground aforesaid and all and (singular) |
