       Assigns to and for the Intent and Purposes hereafter expressed and declared  Now this
       Indenture Witnesseth that the same James Williams and Elizabeth his Wife for and in
       Consideration of the Sums of five Shillings Sterling Money to them respectively in Hand
       paid by the said James Tilghman at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents
       the Receipt whereof they do and each of them doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and
       therefrom and of and from every part and parcell thereof do and each of them doth hereby
       release acquit & discharge the said James Tilghman his Executors Administrators and
       Assigns have and each of them hath granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and
       confirmed and by these presents do and each of them doth grant bargain sell alien release
       enfeoff and confirm unto the same James Tilghman (in his actual possession now being by
       Virtue of a Bargain & Sale thereof to him made by the same James Williams and Elizabeth
       his Wife and bearing Date the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents for
       one whole Year commencing from the Day next before the Day of the Date thereof and
       by Force of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession) his Heirs and Assigns an
       undivided half Part or Moiety of all that the aforesaid Acre of Ground scituate lying and
       being in the said City of Annapolis bounded as follows that is to say Beginning at a
       Locust Post on the North East Side of Scotts Street and runing thence North West six perches
       and three Quarters of a perch to a Locust Post lately erected thence North forty one  
       Degrees and a Quarter East twenty two perches to Severn River lying down till it intersect
       a North forty two and a half Degrees East Course from Scotts Street the Place of Beginning
       & which said Acre of Ground is that Lott or Portion of Land in the said City
       which James Reith deceased resided on at the Time of his Death together with all
       Edifices Buildings Improvements Priviledges Commodities Advantages Liberties and
       Appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or in any appertaining and the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said premisses
       with the Appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of the same James Williams and Elizabeth his Wife and
       either of them of in to and out of the said premisses and every part thereof  To have & to
       hold the aforesaid undivided half Part or Moiety of the Acre or Lott or Portion of
       Ground aforesaid and all and singular the Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the
       same James Tilghman his Heirs and Assigns to and for the Use Intent and purpose
       following that is to say that ^he^ the same James Tilghman his Heirs or Assigns shall &
       will within five days next after the Day of the Date of these presents at the reasonable
       Request Cost and Charges of the same James Williams and Elizabeth his Wife or either of
       them by Deeds of Lease and Release or by such other good and sufficient Deeds
