679 Ex.d This Indenture made this ninth Day of May seventeen hundred and seventy four between Edward Dorsey of Baltimore County Planter of the one Part and Ely Dorsey of Ann Arundell County Gentleman of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Edward Dorsey for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred Pounds Sterling Money to him in Hand paid by the said Ely Dorsey before the ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and every Part and Parcell thereof doth fully clearly and absolutely acquit exonerate and discharge the said Ely Dorsey his Executors and Administrators by these Presents and for divers other good Causes and Considerations him thereunto moveing he the said Edward Dorsey hath granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said Ely Dorsey and his Heirs Part of a Tract of Land Long Trusted resurvey'd lying and being in Baltimore County beginning at the End of the third Line of said Tract and running with and bounding on said Land the thirty one following Courses Viz.t North three Degrees East thirty Perches North ten Degrees East sixty eight Perches North forty seven Degrees East sixty two perches North thirty eight Degrees West thirty six Perches North fifteen and a half Degrees East forty eight Perches North thirty five Degrees West thirty four Perches North ten Degrees East sixty eight Perches North thirty seven Degrees West twenty eight Perches North fifty Degrees East thirty six Perches North twelve Degrees East forty four Perches North two and a half Degrees East fourteen Perches North thirty four Degrees West sixty three Perches South eighty three Degrees West sixty five Perches South sixty eight Degrees West seventy Perches North fifty six Dg.s West twenty six Perches South sixty three and a half Degrees West Eighty five Perches South eight and a half Degrees East ninety two Perches South sixty five Degrees East forty eight Perches North thirty two Degrees West seventy four Perches North East fifty three Perches South East seventy six Perches North fifty Degrees East ninety Perches South fifty nine Degrees East thirty three Perches South ten Degrees West sixty Perches South five Degrees East seventy Perches North seventy eight Degrees West eighty six P.s North sixty five Degrees West sixty eight Perches South thirty two Degrees East six Perches South sixty five Degrees East twenty Perches South thirty five Degrees West sixty Perches South fifty Degrees West twenty two Perches South fifteen and a half Dg.s West seventy one Perches to two four Notched Hickerys and one four notched Chesnut then South thirty two Degrees East one hundred & twenty Perches to a six notched White Oak then South fifty five Degrees East forty four Perches to an eight notched White Oak then South sixty seven Dg.s East eighty six Perches then with a streight Line to the Begining containg and laid out for four hundred & twenty eight Acres (of) |
