       and Province aforesaid Gentlemen of the other Part  Whereas the said Edward Gantt and George
       at the special Instance and Request of the said Fielder Gaunt for the proper Debts of the said
       Fielder Gaunt and as his Sureties stand jointly and severally bound together with the said
       Fielder Gaunt in the three following Bonds or Obligations (to wit) in one Bond or Obligation
       bearing Date on or about the first Day of March which was in the Year of our Lord one
       thousand seven and seventy one unto Doctor Thomas Bond of the City of Philidelphia in
       the Penal Sum of three hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain with a Condition
       thereunder written for the Payment of one hundred and fifty Pounds like Money unto the
       said Thomas Bond his certain Attorney Executors Administrators or Assigns  Also in one other
       Bond or Obligation bearing Date on or about the same first Day of March unto Bond
       and Byrns of the City of Philidelphia with a Condition thereunder written for the     
       Payment of four hundred Pounds like Money unto the said Bond and Byrns or their certain
       Attorney Executors Administrators or Assigns  Also one other Bond or Obligation bearing Date
       the nineteenth Day of December which was in the year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred and seventy one aforesaid in the Penal Sum of three hundred and thirty
       Pounds Sterling Money aforesaid with a Condition thereunder written for the Payment
       of one hundred and sixty five Pounds like Money unto Thomas Reynolds of Calvert
       County aforesaid or his certain Attorney Executors Administrators or Assigns as in
       and by the said several Bonds or Obligations and Conditions thereof when Relation
       is thereunto for that Purpose respectively had may more fully and at large appear
       Now this Indenture Witnesseth that as well for the said Fielder
       Gaunt his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns or some or one of them paying
       or causing to be paid unto the said Doctor Thomas Bond Bond and Byrns and
       Thomas Reynolds severally or their several Executors Administrators or Assigns the
       said several Sums of Money in the said several Bonds or Obligations and Conditions
       thereof particularly mentioned and expressed with Interest thereon agreeable to the
       Tenor true Intent and Meaning of the same several Bonds and Obligations and
       Conditions thereof and also for the Purpose of him the said Fielder Gaunt his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter saving
       defending and keeping harmless and indemnified the said Edward Gantt and George Gantt
       and each of them their and each of their Heirs Executors and Administrators and each
       and every of them of and from the aforesaid Obligations and of and from all and all
       Manner of Costs Charges Suits and Damages whatsoever of for or concerning the
       said Obligation and each and every of them as also for the Purpose of his the said
