67 John Harrison at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt and Delivery whereof the said William Harrison doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and every part and parcel thereof doth Exonerate Acquit and Discharge the said John Harrison his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them for every by these Presents He the said William Harrison hath granted bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said John Harrison his Heirs and Assigns for ever All the Right Title Interest Claim or Demand that I ever had now have or ever could or might have by Law or Equity to Two Hundred and seventy five Acres of Land being part of a Tract of Land lying near to Branch or Creek that makes out of Potomack River called Little Monocacy in Frederick County called Inverness Originally granted unto late Rev.d John Lang for Five Hundred and seventy five Acres of Land more or Less with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances whatsoever and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder ^and Remainders^ of all and Singular the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments hereby granted and every part and parcel thereof And all and every the Estate and Estates Rights Titles Claims or Demands whatsoever of him the said William Harrison into or out of the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premises and every part and parcel thereof And all and every of the Deeds Charters Writings Minuments whatsoever Touching or concerning the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments hereby granted or mentioned or intended to be granted or any of them or any part & Parcel of thereof To Have and to Hold the said Bargained Two hundred & seventy five Acres of Lands and Tenements Hereditaments or Premises hereby granted bargained and sold or mentioned or intended to be granted & bargained and sold and every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said John Harrison his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Harrison his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the said William Harrison doth hereby grant for him and his Heirs that he the said John Harrison and his Heirs the Lands Tenements and Premises hereby granted or mentioned to be granted and every part and parcel thereof with all and Singular their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said John Harrison his Heirs and Assigns against him the said William Harrison and all and every person and Persons whatsoever Claiming any thing in the said Lands and Premises by from or under him or them shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these Presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Affixed my Seal the day & Year above written Signed Sealed & Delivered in Presence of (NB the word William Harrison (Seal) (April) interlined before signed Charles Grahame John Hamilton Smith |
