       five Shillings Sterling Money to each of them in Hand paid at or before the sealing
       and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof they do respectively acknowledge
       and by the Appointment and Nomination of the said Bartholomew Booth have
       and each of them hath granted bargained sold aliened released transferred assigned
       and set over  And by these Presents Do and each of them Doth grant bargain sell
       alien release transfer assign and set over unto the aforesaid William Deakins
       junior Thomas Johns and Adam Stewart his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns for ever all the said Lands Negroes and Premisses mentioned in the
       said first herein before recited Deed together with the Increase of all and every of
       the said Female Negroes  And he the said Fielder Gaunt for and in Consideration
       of the said five Shillings Sterling paid to him as aforesaid hath given granted
       bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth
       give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff & confirm unto the said William
       Deakins Thomas Johns & Adam Stewart their Heirs and Assigns for ever all the
       said forty five Acres and one half Acre and the said fifty one Acres of Land
       Parts of Fielderia Manor herein before mentioned and described with their Appurtenances
       and also such Quantity and Quantities of Stone in the Stone Quarry of him
       the said Fielder Gaunt in his Land called Fielderia Manor lying in Frederick County
       as shall be from Time to Time raised and taken by the aforesaid William Deakins
       Thomas Johns & Adam Stewart their Heirs and Assigns for the Purpose of building
       on the said Lands so purchased as aforesaid together with free Liberty of Ingress
       and Regress by any for themselves their Servants Cattle and Carriages to raise take
       and carry away the same and also one convenient Way by through and over the Lands
       of the aforesaid Fielder Gaunt for them the said William Deakins Thomas Johns
       and Adam Stewart their Heirs and Assigns & their Servants Carriages and Cattle
       of all Kinds to pass from the said Lands so purchased as aforesaid to the South
       Mountain and from the said Mountain to the same Lands  To have and to
       hold all the said PRemises to the aforesaid William Deakins Thomas Johns
       and Adam Stewart their Heirs and Assigns to their proper Use In Trust
       nevertheless as to touching and concerning all the said Lands herein before
       mentioned to have been purchased by the said Bartholomew Booth as aforesaid as
       also the said Stone and Liberty and Priviledge of raising taking and carrying away
       the same and likewise the said Priviledge of a Way to and from the South
       Mountain to the Use Benefit and Behoof of the aforesaid Bartholomew Booth
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever upon the said Bartholomew Booth his Heirs or
