       singular the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and of in and unto all and singular the Negroes
       and Bay Schooner Goods & Chattles mentioned in the aforesaid Deed of Mortgage and the
       several Schedules thereunto annexed so that both in Law and Equity the said Lands and Tenements
       and the said Negroes & Bay Schooner Goods and Chattles shall revert to and be again the full and
       absolute Right Title and Property of him the said Francis Baker his Heirs Executors & Administrators
       any Thing contained in the said Deed of Mortgage to the Contrary Notwithstanding
       In Witness whereof the said James LLoyd Chamberlaine hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed
       his Seal the Day and Year first above written

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorsed Viz.t

                            Be it remembered that on the eleventh Day of April in the Year of our Lord
          one thousand seven hundred and seventy four came James LLoyd Chamberlaine party to the
9½ Sides   within Deed before me the Subscriber one of the Magistrates of the Provincial Court and acknowledged
       the within Deed in due Form of Law

       This Indenture made this 19.th Day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand
       seven hundred and seventy four Between Robert Barnes of Frederick County and province of
       Maryland Farmer of the one part and John Dorsey of Ann Arundell County and Province
       aforesaid Merchant of the other Part  Witnesseth that the said Robert Barnes for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of Four hundred and forty five Pounds Ten Shillings Sterling
       Money to him in Hand paid by the said John Dorsey at or before the Ensealing and Delivery
       of these Presents the Receipt whereof the said Robert Barnes doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
       and therefrom and from every part and Parcell thereof doth fully clearly and absolutely exonerate
       acquit and discharge the said John Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever  Hath Given granted
       bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth fully clearly and
       absolutely give grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm to the said John Dorsey his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever all that Moiety or Part of the Tracts of Land to vit called Barnes
       Purchase Brothers Level and the Addition to Brothers Level lying and being in Ann Arundel
