       the Appurtenances which at the Time of making the said Indenture was intended to have
       been conveyed in Trust as herein after is mentioned  Now this Indenture witnesseth
       that for the Consideration and Purposes mentioned in the said in Part recited Indenture
       of these Parts and also for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings of lawful Money
       of Great Britain by every of them the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John
       Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus to the said John
       Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife in Hand at or before the sealing and Delivery of these
       Presents well and truly paid the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged They the said John
       Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife  Have and each of them Hath granted bargained sold
       assigned released and confirmed and by these Presents Do and each of them  Doth grant bargain
       sell assign release and confirm unto the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John
       Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus (in their actual
       Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to them thereof made by the said John
       Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife for five Shillings Consideration by Indenture bearing
       Date the Day next before the Day of the Date of these presents for one whole Year
       commencing from the Day next before the Day of the Date of the same Indenture of
       Bargain and Sale and by Force of the Statute made for transferring Uses into Possession)
       and to their Heirs Executors Admors and Assigns  All that the said one undivided third
       Part (the whole into three equal Parts to be divided) of him the said John Buchanan
       of and in the said Estate commonly called or known by the Name of the Nottingham
       Iron Works situate lying and being in the Province of Maryland in North America and
       of and in all Iron Works Forges Houses Mills Erections Buildings Lands Tenements
       and Hereditaments whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any Wise appertaining or deemed
       taken or known as Part Parcel or Member thereof with the Appurtenances  And also of
       and in all and singular the Materials Tools Implements Utensils and Fixtures Matters
       and Things whatsoever to the said premisses belonging or in any Wise appertaining
       And also all other the Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Goods and
       Chattles and Parts and Shares of Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Goods
       and Chattles whatsoever of him the said John Buchanan in Maryland aforesaid with
       their and every of their Appurtenances and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders yearly and other Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses  And
       all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property claim and Demand whatsoever
       both at Law and in Equity of them them said John Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife
       and each of them of in to out of the same Premisses and every or any Part or Parcel
       thereof  To have and to hold the said Premisses mentioned to be hereby released and
