       and Effects hereby assigned or mentioned or intended so to be further or otherwise than as they
       the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner
       Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and the Survivors and Survivor of
       them their or his Exors Admors or Assigns shall direct require or advise  And also that they the
       said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan their Executors or Admors shall and will within
       the Space of one Month next after they shall be so thereto required by the said John Rogers
       Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson
       Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and the Survivors and Survivor of them make out
       and deliver to them the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John
       Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus or the
       Survivors or Survivor of them a full true and perfect Schedule or Inventory and Account
       of all the Ready Money Notes Bills Goods Chattles Books of Account Credits and personal
       Estate whatsoever which the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan on the Day of
       the Date of these presents were possessed of and intitled to without any Concealment whatsoever
       and shall and will make swear and annex to the said Schedule Inventory or Account an
       Affidavit of the Truth thereof if they shall be so thereto required  And also that they the said
       John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan and each of them their and each of their Exors or
       Admors shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter at and upon the
       reasonable Request Costs and Charges in the Law of the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson
       Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas
       Porteus and of the Survivors and Survivor of them their and his Exors Admors or
       Assigns (to be deducted as aforesaid) make do execute and perform all and every such further
       and other Matter Act Deed or Thing whatsoever for the better enabling or authorizing the
       said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel
       Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and the Survivors and Survivor of them their
       and his Exors Admors or Assigns to obtain get in and receive the Goods Estates Debts and
       Effects hereby assigned or intended so to be as by the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson
       Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas
       Porteus and the Survivors and Survivor of them their and his Exors Admors or Assigns
       or their or any of their Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or
       required  And this Indenture further Witnesseth that for the Considerations
       aforesaid they the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall
       Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and the other
       Creditor executing these presents Have and each and every of them Hath Remised
       released and for ever quit claimed and by these Presents Do and each and every of
       them Doth remise release and for ever quit claim unto the said John Buchanan
