       for which such Debts have incurred  And in Case the Effects hereby assigned shall amount to more
       than shall be sufficient to discharge all the said Creditors Debts and the charges relating hereto
       then Upon Trust to pay the Residue to the said John Buchanan his Executors or Admors
       And the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan do and each of them doth by these
       Presents for the Purposes aforesaid jointly and severally make ordain constitute and authorize and
       appoint the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner
       Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and the Survivors and Survivor of
       them their and his Exors Admors and Assigns the true and lawful Attorney and Attorneys of
       them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan and of each of them in the Names and
       Places and Stead of them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan or of either of
       them their or either of their Exors or Admors But to for and upon the Trusts herein before mentioned
       to ask demand sue for levy recover and receive of and from all and every Person and Persons
       whom it doth or may in any Wise concern all and every the Goods Estate Debts and Effects
       hereby assigned or mentioned or intended so to be and upon Receipt thereof or of any Part thereof
       to release acquit or discharge the same or any Part thereof  And Further to do all and every
       other Act and Acts Thing and Things whatsoever which shall be requisite and needful to be
       done in and about the Premisses as fully as they the said John Buchanan and Gilbert
       Buchanan jointly or either of them seperately or their or either of their Exors or Admors might
       or could do being personally present at the doing thereof Giving and by these Presents Granting
       unto their said Attorneys or Attorny and each and every of them their and each of their
       full and whole power in the premises Ratifying and by these presents Confirming
       all and whatsoever their said Attorneys and Attorney or any of them shall lawfully do or cause
       to be done in or about the premisses  And the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan
       for themselves jointly and severally and for their several and respective Heirs Exors
       and Admors do and each of them doth by these Presents covenant promise and agree to
       and with the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund
       Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and the Survivors
       and Survivor of them their and his Exors Admors and Assigns in Manner following
       (that is to say) That they the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan and each
       of them their and each of their Heirs Exors and Admors shall and will justify allow
       ratify and confirm all and whatsoever the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard
       Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus
       or the Survivors and Survivor of them shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the Premisses
       And that they the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan or either of them their or
       either of their Exors or Admors shall not nor will revoke this Letter of Attorney or any Authority
       hereby given nor shall or will hereafter sue for or meddle with the said Goods Estate Debts
