       and Gilbert Buchanan as Copartners and unto each of them in their respective seperate Capacities
       their and each of their Heirs Execucutors and Administrors  All and all Manner of Action and
       Actions Cause and Causes of Actions Suits Claims and Demands whatsoever both at Law or
       Equity or otherwise howsoever which against the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan
       either as Copartners or which against either of them in their respective seperate Capacities their or
       either of their Heirs Exors or Admors they the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke
       John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and the rest of
       the Creditors executing these Presents any or either of them ever had and which they any or either
       of them their any or either of their Heirs Exors or Admors shall or may hereafter have claim
       challenge or demand for or by Reason or Means of any Matter Cause or Thing whatsoever for
       or in respect of any Dealing Transaction Act Matter or Thing whatsoever from the Beginning of
       the World to the Day of the Date of these Presents  Provided always and it is hereby declared
       and agreed by and between the Creditors executing these Presents that it shall and may be lawful
       to and for the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner
       Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and the Survivors and Survivor of them
       their and his Exors Admors and Assigns In Case they or any of them shall think it necessary
       for the more easy receiving and Getting in the Goods Debts and Effects hereby assigned to permit
       and suffer the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan by Letter of Attorney or otherwise
       to receive or get in for the Benefit of them the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard
       Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and
       the Survivors and Survivor of them their and his Exors Admors and Assigns In Trust as
       aforesaid any of the Goods Debts and Effects hereby assigned or mentioned or intended so to be
       Provided also and it is hereby further declared and agreed by and between the said
       John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan and the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard
       Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus
       and all and every other the Creditor and Creditors executing these Presents that in Case the
       said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan shall at any Time hereafter give any
       undue Preference to any of their said Creditors Parties hereto or executing of these Presents
       or pay or cause to be paid to any of them or give or cause to be given to any of them any
       Security Recompence or Satisfaction whatsoever whereby or by Reason whereof any such
       Creditor shall receive any larger Satisfaction or Recompence than the other or others
       of such Creditors Or in Case the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan shall not
       make and deliver to the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall
       Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus such Inventory Account
       and Discovery in the Manner herein before mentioned or shall conceal or refuse to discover to
       the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner
