(629) hereinafter mentioned and declared of and concerning the same (that is to say) Upon Trust in the first Place to pay all such Costs and Charges as they the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus or any of them their or any of their Heirs Executors Admors or Assigns shall pay suffer or be put into in or about the executing the Trusts hereby in them or any of them reposed or otherwise relative thereto and after Payment thereof then upon Trust to pay and discharge all such Bonds as shall have been entred into by the said John Buchanan in his own seperate Capacity or by the said John and Gilbert Buchanan as Partners to his Majesty for Dietys or otherwise and afterwards Upon Trust to pay and discharge all or any such Bills as have been drawn or shall be drawn on them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan by any of their Correspondents in Maryland as they the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus shall think proper and necessary And in the next Place Upon Trust to pay and allow unto him the said John Buchanan yearly and every Year for and during the full End and Term of five Years to be computed from the Day of the Date of these Presents in Case he the said John Buchanan shall so long happen to live the annual Sum of five hundred pounds for and towards the Support of himself and Family and in Case the said John Buchanan shall happen to depart this Life at any Time before the End and Expiration of the said Term of five Years then Upon Trust to pay and allow unto the Wife of the said John Buchanan yearly and every Year for and during all the Residue and Remainder which shall be then to come and unexpired of the said Term of five Years the annual Sum of four hundred pounds for and towards the Support and Maintenance of herself and Family and in Case both of them the said John Buchanan and his Wife shall happen to depart this Life before the End and Expiration of the said Term of five Years then upon Trust to pay and allow unto the Children of the said John Buchanan who shall be them living for all the Residue and Remainder which shall be to come and unexpired of the said Term of five Years at the Time of the Decease of the Survivor of them the said John Buchanan and his Wife the annual Sum of three hundred Pounds for and towards their Support and Maintenance And after making such several payments as aforesaid then Upon Trust to retain pay and void all such Monies as they or any of them shall receive by Virtue hereof to themselves and amongst the Creditors executing these presents in equal Proportions according to their respective Debts and according to the Estate or Estates upon which they shall respectively be Creditors and the Amount of such Estate or Estates respectively together with Interest after the Rate of five Pounds per Cent upon all such Debts respectively from the Time the same shall respectively become due and payable such Time of Payment being allowed to be at the End of fifteen Months from the Time of the Delivery of ^the^ Goods (for) |
