       said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan as Copartners or of either of them in their
       respective seperate Capacities the Wearing Apparel of the said John Buchanan and his Family
       and also of the said Gilbert Buchanan and likewise the Household Goods Furniture Plate
       Linnen China printed Books Wines and Liquors of the said John Buchanan only excepted) and also
       the Debts due owing and belonging to them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan as
       Copartners or to either of them in their respective seperate Capacities from any Person or Persons whatsoever
       which Proposal the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner
       Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and the Rest of the joint and seperate Creditors
       of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan have agreed to accept in Satisfaction of their
       Debts and to give unto the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan such General Releases
       as herein after are mentioned Subject also to such Provisoes and Agreements as are herein after
       contained  Now this Indenture Witnesseth That in Consideration of the Premisses and in
       Pursuance of the said proposals and of the Sum of five Shillings apiece of lawful Money of
       Great Britain to them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan in Hand paid by
       the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel
       Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus at or before the Sealing and Delivery hereof the
       Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged  They the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan
       as well in this Copartnership as in their respective seperate Capacities Have and each of them
       Hath bargained sold assigned transferred and set over and by these presents Do and each of
       them Doth bargain sell assign and transfer and set over unto the said John Rogers Abraham    
       Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas
       Porteus their Exors Admors and Assigns  All the Ready Money Notes Bills Goods Chattles
       Books of Account and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever of them the said
       John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan as Copartners or of either of them in their respective
       seperate Capacties (the Wearing Apparel of the said John Buchanan and his Family and
       also of the said Gilbert Buchanan and likewise the Household Goods Furniture Plate Linnen
       China printed Books Wine and Liquors of the said John Buchanan only excepted)  And also all
       the Debts due owing and belonging to them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan
       as Copartners or to either of them in their respective seperate Capacities from any Person or
       Persons whomsoever  And all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever
       both in Law and Equity of them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan or of either
       of them of in and to the same every or any part thereof To have hold receive take and
       enjoy the said Ready Money Notes Bills Goods Chattles Effects and Debts hereby assigned or
       intended so to be (except as before excepted) unto the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard
       Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus their
       Exors Admors and Assigns To for and upon the several Trusts Intents and Purposes
