       Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas
       Porteus and that the Names "Ben Sherring and Tho.s Turner" set and subscribed to the
       Attestation thereon indorsed as Witnesses to the due Execution thereof are of the respective proper
       Hands Writing of this Deponent and the said Thomas Turner
       Both sworn in London the                                                      Tho.s Turner

       To which aforegoing Certificate was annexed the following Deeds Viz.t


       This Indenture of three Parts made the twenty seventh Day of
       April in the thirteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace
C    of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth
       And in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy three Between
       John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan of Tower Street London Merchants and Copartners
       of the first Part John Rogers and Abraham Dyson of Cornhill London Warehousemen
       and Partners Richard Cooke of Houndsditch London Mercer John Worrall of Lawrence
       Lane London Warehouseman Edmund Lardner of the Borough of Southwark Haberdasher
       Samuel Dyson of Cateaton Street London Merchant Edward Gale of Shadwell in
       the County of Middlesex Rope Maker and and Thomas Porteus of Lime Street London Merchant
       (which said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner
       Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus with their respective Copartners
       are respectively Creditors of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan) of the second
       Part and the several other Persons executing these presents and who are also Creditors
       of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan or of the one of them of the third Part
       Whereas the said John Buchanan for several Years carried on the Trade or Business of a
       Merchant on his own seperate Account and for some Time past hath carried on the
       same Trade or Business in Partnership with the said Gilbert Buchanan and in the Course
       of such their Dealings became and now are indebted to divers Persons in sundry Sums of
       Money which now remain unsatisfyed  And Whereas the said John Buchanan and
       Gilbert Buchanan have proposed to assign over to the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson
       Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and
       Thomas Porteus  In Trust for themselves and all the joint and seperate Creditors
       respectively of them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan or of either of
       them who shall execute their Presents as aforesaid  All the Ready Money Notes Bills
       Goods Chattles Books of Account and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever of them the
