       Writing or Indenture of Assignment hereunto annexed marked with the Letter (C) duly signed Sealed and
       delivered by Richard Spier for himself and also by Josiah Millington as Attorney to Theodosia Crowley
       John Earl of Ashburnham and Charles Boone by the Stile and Description of "Js Millington
       Att.y to W.m Cowley & C.o  And that the Names "Richard Spier" and "Js Millington Att.y to W.m Cowley & C.o"
       mentioned in the Attestation marked (N.o 3) indorsed on the said Indenture of Assignment in
       Parties executing the same of the respective proper Hands Writing of the said Richard Spier
       and Josiah Millington and that the Names "Ben Sherring and "Thomas Turner" set and
       subscribed to the said Attestation marked (N.o 3) as Witnesses to the due Execution of the said Indenture
       of Assignment by the said Richard Spier and Josiah Millington as Attorney to the said
       Theodosia Crowley John Earl of Ashburnham and Charles Boone are of the respective proper
       Hands Writing of this Deponent and of the aforesaid Thomas Turner  And this Deponent further
       saith that he was also present and did see the said Parchment Writing or Indenture of
       Assignment hereunto annexed marked with the Letter (C) duly signed sealed and delivered
       by Peter Mestaer and that the Name "Peter Mestaer" mentioned in the Attestation marked (N.o 4)
       also indorsed on the said Indenture of Assignment as a Party executing the same is of the
       proper Hand Writing of the said Peter Mestaer  And that the Name "Joseph Bennett" and
       "Benj Sherring" set and subscribed to the said Attestation marked (N.o 4) as Witnesses to the
       due Execution of the said Indenture of Assignment by the said Peter Mestaer are of the respective
       proper Hands Writing of Joseph Bennett of Tower Street London Gentleman and of
       this Deponent was also present and did see one other Parchment Writing or Indenture of
       Lease for a Year hereunto also annexed marked with the Letter (D) duly signed sealed and
       delivered by the therein named John Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife and that the Names
       "John Buchanan" and "Eliz Buchanan" thereto set and subscribed as the Partys executing the
       same are of the respective proper Hands Writing of the said John Buchanan and Elizabeth his
       Wife and that the Names "Benj Sherring" and "Tho.s Turner" set and subscribed to the Attestation
       therein indorsed as Witnesses to the due Execution thereof are of the respective proper
       Hands Writing of this Deponent and the aforesaid Thomas Turner  And this Deponent
       Benjamin Sherring for himself further saith that he was also present and did see the other
       Parchment Writing or Indenture of Release and Assignment hereunto ^also^ annexed marked with the
       Letter (E) duly signed sealed and delivered by the therein named John Buchanan and Elizabeth
       his Wife John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson
       Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus respectively and that the Names "John Buchanan" "Eliz
       Buchanan" "John Rogers" "Abraham Dyson" "Rich.d Cooke" "John Worrall" "Edm.d Lardner" "Samuel
       Dyson" "Edward Gale" and "Thomas Porteus" thereunto set and subscribed are of the respective and
       proper Hands Writing of the said John Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife John Rogers Abraham
