       sincerely declare testify and depose to be true the several Matters and Things mentioned and contained
       in the said annexed Affidavit
                                     In Faith and Testimony whereof I the said Lord Mayor have caused
                      (LS)        the Seal of the Office of Mayoralty of the said City of London to be hereunto put and
                                     affixed and the Indentures mentioned and referred to in and by the said Affidavit
                                     to be hereunto also annexed  Dated in London the twenty second Day of June in
                                     the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy three

                Thomas Turner of Dowgate Hill London Gentleman and Benjamin
       Sherring of the same place Gentleman severally make Oath as follows  And first this Deponent
       Thomas Turner for himself saith that he this Deponent was present and did see the Parchment
       Writing or Indenture of Assignment In Trust hereunto annexed marked with the Letter
       (O) duly signed sealed and delivered by the therein named John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan
       and also by the therein named John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke Edmund
       Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus (Seven of the Trustees of the Estate
       and Effects of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan) and that the names "John
       Buchanan" "Gilbert Buchanan" "John Rogers" "Abraham Dyson" "Richard Cooke" "Edmund Lardner"
       "Samuel Dyson" "Edward Gale" and "Thomas Porteus" thereto set and subscribed are of the respective
       proper Hands Writing of the said John Buchanan Gilbert Buchanan John Rogers Abraham Dyson
       Richard Cooke Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus  And this
       Deponent further saith that he was also present and did see the said Parchment Writing or
       Indenture of Assignment marked with the Letter (C) duly signed sealed and delivered by the several
       and respective persons following for themselves respectively and for themselves and their respective
       Partners as Creditors of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan in Manner following
       (that is to say) John Rogers for himself and Ely Dyson and Abraham Dyson his Partners by
       the Stile and Description of "Dyson Rogers &c" Richard Cooke for himself and John Relph his
       Partner by the Stile and Description of "Cooke & Relph" Edmund Lardner for himself and Simon
       Baralty his Partner by the Stile and Description of "Lardner and Baralty" Edward Gale by the
       Stile and Description of "Edw.d Gale" Samuel Dyson for himself and David Her and John Pope
       his Partners by the Stile and Description of "David Her & C.o" Robert Rament for himself and
       Wilmer Willet his Partner by the Stile and Description of "W Willet & R Rayment" Abraham
       Newman for himself and Monkhouse Davison his Partner by the Stile and Description of
       "Davison and Newman" Thomas Porteus for himself and Edward Hunt his Partner
       by the Stile and Description of "Hunt and Porteus" David Pugh Joseph Boden Charles
       Wilkins and John Savidge for themselves severally Samuel Flower Freeman for Samuel
