       Creditors of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan in the Attestation
       indorsed on the said Indenture of Assignment marked (N.o 1) particularly named are
       of the several and respective proper Hands Writing of the several and respective Person
       above mentioned to have executed the same and that the Names "William Reeves" and
       "Thomas Turner" set and subscribed to the Attestation indorsed on the said Indenture
       and Gilbert Buchanan  And also by the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke
       Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus  And likewise by
       the said several Persons above mentioned to have executed the same for themselves and for
       their several and respective Copartners as Creditors of the said John Buchanan and
       Gilbert Buchanan in the said Attestation marked (N.o 1) on the said Indenture of
       Assignment indorsed are of the respective proper Hands Writing of William Reeves of Tower
       Street London Gentleman and of this Deponent  And this Deponent Benjamin Sherring
       for himself saith that he this Deponent was present and did see the said Indenture of
       Assignment hereunto annexed marked with the Letter (O) duly signed sealed and delivered
       by the therein named John Worrall the other Trustee of the Estate and Effects of the said  
       John and Gilbert Buchanan  And that the Name "John Worrall" thereto set and subscribed
       is of the proper Hand Writing of the said John Worrall  And this Deponent Benjamin
       Sherring for himself further saith that he was also present and did see the said Parchment
