618 `` Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus their Heirs Exors Admors and Assigns for ever according to the Nature and Quality thereof Nevertheless upon Trust and to the Intent and Purpose that they the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Heirs Exors or Admors of such Survivor should and did with all convenient Speed make sale and dispose of the said premisses mentioned to be thereby released and assigned as aforesaid either together or in parcels to any person or persons whomsoever for the best price and prices in Money that should be reasonably had or obtained for the same and should and did stand and be possessed of and interested of and in the Monies arising from or by such Sale or Sales And also the immediate Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses upon such Trusts and to and for such Intents and Purposes and with under and subject to such Powers Provisoes Declarations and Agreements as in and by the said in Part recited Indenture of the twenty seventh Day of April last are declared or expressed of and concerning the Trust Monies and Estate therein mentioned as in and by the said several in Part recited Indentures Relation being thereunto respectively had may more fully and at large appear Now know all Men by these Presents that we the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus for divers good Causes and Considerations us thereunto moving Have and each and every of us Hath made ordained constituted and appointed and by these Presents Do and each and every of us Doth make ordain constitute and appoint the Honourable Daniel Dulany of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland in North America Esquire the said Gilbert Buchanan James Dick of the said Province of Maryland Merchant and Anthony Stewart of the same Province Merchant to be our true and lawful Attorneys and Attorney jointly and each of them seperately for us the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and in our Names Places and Steads or in the Names Places or Stead of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan or either of them or otherwise to ask demand sue for recover and receive of and from all and every person and persons whomsoever now resideing or being or which shall or may at any Time or Times hereafter reside or be within the said Province of Maryland or else where in North America all and every such Sum and Sums of Moneys Goods Chattles and Effects and also all other Matters and Things whatsoever which now is or are or shall or may at any Time or Times hereafter become due owing or payable unto us or in or to which we shall or may be interested or intituled or which shall become our property under or by Virtue of the said several Part recited Indentures or any of them or any Matter or Thing therein respectively contained and upon Receipt or Receipts thereof or of any Part thereof for us and in our Names or in the Names of them our said Attorneys or either of them or (otherwise) |
