       Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and
       Thomas Porteus of the other Part Reciting as herein before is recited  And also Reciting that
       the said John Buchanan now at the Time of the Execution of the said herein before in part
       recited Indenture and then was seized of the Absolute Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple
       in Possession of and in one undivided third Part of a certain Freehold Estate commonly
       called or known by the Name of Nottingham Iron Works situate and being in the Province
       of Maryland in North America with the Appurtenances which at the Time of making
       the said recited Indenture of the twenty seventh Day of April last was intended to be
       conveyed as therein is mentioned It was and is Witnessed that for the Considerations
       therein mentioned and also for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings of lawful
       Money of Great Britain by every of them the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard
       Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus
       to the said John Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife in Hand well and truly paid ^They^ that
       the said John Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife did grant bargain sell assign
       release and confirm unto the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke
       John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus
       their Heirs Exors Admors and Assigns  All that the said one undivided third Part
       (the Whole into three ^equal^ Parts to be divided) of him the said John Buchanan of and in the
       said Estate commonly called called or known by the Name of the Nottingham Iron Works
       situate lying and being in the Province of Maryland in North America and of and
       in all Iron Works Forges Houses Mills Erections Buildings Lands Tenements and
       Hereditaments whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any Wise appertaining or deemed
       taken or known as Part Parcel or Member thereof with the Appurtenances  And
       also of and in all and singular the Materials Tools Implements Utensills and Fixtures
       Matters and Things whatsoever to the said Premisses belonging or in any Wise appertaining
       And also all other the Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Goods and
       Chattles and Parts and Shares of Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and
       Goods and Chattles whatsoever of him the said John Buchanan in Maryland
       aforesaid with their and every of their Appurtenances and the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders yearly and other Rents Issues and Profits
       of the said Premisses  And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever both at Law and in Equity of him the said John
       Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife and each of them of in to or out of the same
       Premisses and every or any Part or Parcel thereof  To have and to hold
       the said Premisses mentioned to be thereby released and assigned as aforesaid unto and to
       the Use of the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall
