616 (the wearing Apparell of the said John Buchanan and his Family and also of the said Gilbert Buchanan and likewise the Household Goods Furniture Plate Linnen China printed Books Wine and Liquors of the said John Buchanan only excepted) And also the Debts due owing and belonging to them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan as Copartners or to either of them in their respective seperate Capacities from any Person or Persons whatsoever which Proposal the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus and the Rest of the joint and seperate Creditors of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan had agreed to accept in Satisfaction of their Debts and to give unto the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan such general Releases as thereinafter are mentioned Subject also to such Provisoes and Agreements as are therein after contained It was and is Witnessed that in Consideration of the premisses and in pursuance of the said proposal and of the Sum of five Shillings apiece of Lawful Money of Great Britain to them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan in Hand paid by the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus They the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan as well in their Copartnership as in their respective seperate Capacities Did assign unto the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus their Exors Admors and Assigns All the ready Money Notes Bills Goods Chattles Books of Account and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever of them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan as Copartners or of either of them in their respective seperate Capacities (the wearing Apparell of the said John Buchanan and his Family and also of the said Gilbert Buchanan and likewise the Household Goods Furniture Plate Linnen China printed Books Wine and Liquors of the said John Buchanan only excepted) and also all the Debts due owing and belonging to them the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan as Copartners or to either of them in the respective seperate Capacities from any Person or Persons whomsoever To have and to hold receive take and enjoy the same unto the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus their Exors Admors and Assigns Upon wich Trusts and to and for such Intents and Purposes and with under and subject to such Powers Provisoes Declarations and Agreements as are therein declared or expressed of and concerning the same And whereas by Indentures of Lease and Release bearing Date respectively the twenty first and twenty second Days of May now last past and made or mentioned to be made between the said John Buchanan and Elizabeth his Wife of the one Part and the said John Rogers Abraham (Dyson) |
