       him the said Onion by the said Carroll & Beginning for the said Onion's
       Marshy Point at a Locust Post at or near where the Bounded Locust Stump
       of Sandy Point Island did stand on a Sandy Bar Opposite to M.r William
       Savorys Dwelling House on the West side of Gun Powder River & running
       thence West North West fourteen Perches North seventy seven degrees West
       fifty six Perches North sixty degrees West forty Perches North Seventy seven
       Degrees West Sixty Perches North fifty degrees West Seventy six Perches North
       Twenty five degrees West forty two Perches South fifty five Degrees West Sixty
       Perches South Twenty two degrees West fourteen Perches South Twelve Perches
       South Thirty degrees East Thirty seven Perches South Eighty three degrees East one
       Hundred and fourteen Perches South Sixty degrees East fourteen Perches
       South fifteen degrees East Thirty four Perches South sixty degrees East
       forty Perches South seventy five degrees East Thirty Perches and thence by a
       Straight Line to the beginning containing and laid out for Eighty Eight
       Acres of Land more or Less according to the Certificates of Surveys & Patents
       thereof together with their and each of their Appurtenances To have and to
       Hold unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       and to his and their Sole use and Behoof free and Discharged from
       all Right and Claim of Dower or any Incumbrance whatsoever the said Tract
       or Tracts of Land with all and Singular the Advantages & Appurtenances
       thereof thereon or thereto in any wise belonging or Appurtaining well and
       sufficiently Warranted and for ever defended by him the said Zacheus
       Onion and his Heirs unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever as well against him the said Zacheus Onion as against
       all manner of Person or Persons of by from or under him claiming and
       the said Zacheus Onion his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns
       shall and will when ever requested by the said Charles Carroll his Heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assigns make do Seal Execute & acknowledge
       all such further and other Assurance and Assurances of the said hereby
       bargained and sold Premises and of every part and parcel thereof to the said
       Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for ever be it by Deed or Deeds
       fine or fines Common Recovery or otherwise as by the said Charles Carroll
       his Heirs or Assigns or by his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be
       reasonably devised advised or required In Witness whereof the said Zacheus
       Onion hath to these Presents set his hand and Affixed his Seal the day
       and Year first above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
       in the Presence of
