6 Worthington or his Heirs shall and will after one Month's Notice thereof in the Maryland Gazette set up and expose the same or any part thereof he may think fit to Sale at Publick Vendue and the same Sell and dispose of at Publick Vendue as aforesaid to the best and highest bidder or Bidders and the same so sold convey to the respective Purchaser or Purchasers their Heirs and Assigns in Fee Simple And in Trust also as to the said slaves and the Increase aforesaid Black Cattle Horses and Sheep that he the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Executors or Administrators shall and will set up and Expose to sale at public vendue after Notice as aforesaid the said slaves and the Increase aforesaid Black Cattle Horses and Sheep or any of them he or they may think fit as aforesaid and the same sell as aforesaid and also make over and Deliver to the respective purchaser or purchasers thereof their Executors Administrators and Assigns And the Monies arising by or upon the Sales of all or any the said Premises receive and the same or such part thereof as shall be necessary apply in and to the Payment and Discharge of the Principal Money and the Interest due and to grow due on the said Bond of the aforesaid Henry Ridgely herein before mentioned to him the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington and also to the Payment and discharge of the said Sum of Three Hundred & seventeen Pounds eight Shillings and four pence Sterling so as aforesaid paid for him the said Henry Ridgely by the aforesaid Brice Thomas Beale Worthington to the aforesaid Silvanus Grove and the Legal Interest which shall arise thereon from the Date hereof and also to the Payment and Discharge of the Principal Money of the said Bonds to the aforesaid Daniel Dulany and the afsd Ann Tasker and the Interest due and to grow due thereon and also to the Payment and Discharge of all Costs and Expences that shall happen or arise in any Manner in the Execution of this Trust And the Residue (if any) on such Sales and Receipts shall pay to the said Henry Ridgely his Executors Administrators or Assigns And it is hereby Covenanted granted and Agreed by and between the said Parties that the afsd Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall not be Chargeable in any Manner with or for any other or greater Sums of Money on the Sales of the said Premises or any part thereof than he or they shall actually receive And the said Henry Ridgely for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant and grant to and with the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said Henry Ridgely his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall & will make execute and Acknowledge any Deed of Release Confirmation or other Assurance to each and every of the Purchasers aforesaid of and for any part of the Premises by them respectively Purchased that he shall be requested to make Execute and Acknowledge In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their seals the Day and Year first above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered In the Presence of H Ridgely (seal) Th.s Johnson Jun.r Baker Johnson |
