5 therefrom doth acquit release and discharge the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Heirs Executors, Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these Presents Hath given, granted, bargained, sold, Aliened, released, enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, enfeoffe and confirm unto him the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for ever all those several Tracts and Parts of Tracts and Parcels of Land following lying and being in Ann Arundel County to wit Ridgely's Range containing Two Thousand seven hundred and fifty Acres more or Less; Contention ended containing Three Hundred and seventy Acres more or Less; Poplar Bottom containing three hundred & eighty seven Acres more or Less; James Luck containing Fifty Acres more or Less; Williams Contrivance containing Three hundred & twenty Acres more or Less; Ridgely's Valley containing twenty four Acres more or Less; Ridgely's Lott containing Sixty eight Acres more or Less; Victory containing Two thousand eight Hundred Acres more or Less; Henry and Peter containing five hundred and eighty Acres more or Less; Boiling Springs containing one Hundred and five Acres more or Less; All that Part of broken Land which was Devised to him the said Henry Ridgely by his Father containing Three Hundred and seven Acres more or Less; all that part of Hollands Adventure which was conveyed to him the said Henry Ridgely by Richard Snowden deceased containing one Hundred and thirty Acres more or Less; And all that Part of Cooper's Lott which was conveyed to him the said Henry Ridgely by William Fisher Containing Sixty Acres more or Less; And also all the Several following Tracts or Parcels of Land lying and being in Frederick County to wit: Friendship containing twelve Hundred and seventy five Acres more or Less; Black Walnut Plains containing one Hundred Acres more or Less; Thornberry containing seven hundred and fifty Acres more or Less; and Dickasons Chance containing fifty Acres more or Less together with all Houses, Buildings, Gardens, Orchards, Ways, Woods, Underwoods, Waters, Water Courses, Easements, Profits Commodities, Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Several Tracts and Parts of Tracts and Parcels of Land belonging or in any wise Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions, Remainder and Remainders Rents, Issues and Profits thereof and of every part & parcel thereof, and all the Estate Right, Title, Interest, Trust, Possession, Property, Claim and Demand of him the said Henry Ridgely of in and to the same and each and every part & parcel thereof And he the same Henry Ridgely for and upon the Considerations aforesaid Hath also granted sold and delivered and by these Presents, doth also grant Sell & Deliver unto him the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Executors, Administrators and Assigns the Several Slaves, Black Cattle, Horses and Sheep of him the said Henry Ridgely which are mentioned in the Shedule signed by him the said Henry Ridgely and hereto annexed, and the Increase of such of the said Slaves who are Females: To Have and to Hold the said Several Tracts and Parts of Tracts and Parcels of Land to him the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Heirs and Assigns And to Have and to Hold the said Slaves with the Increase aforesaid, Black Cattle, Horses and Sheep to him the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Executors, Administrators and Assigns; In Trust Nevertheless as to the said Several Tracts and parts of Tracts & Parcels of Land with their Appurtenances that he the said Brice Thomas Beale (Worthington) |
