       Degrees East forty four Perches North twenty seven Degrees West sixty perches North ten
       Degrees West forty five perches then South eighty five Degrees East two hundred and sixty
       perches to the End of forty nine perches on the nineteenth Line of the said Resurvey then with the
       said nineteenth Line South thirteen Degrees West sixty six perches to the End of the eighth Line
       of the Original still continuing the last mentioned Line South thirteen Degrees West forty eight
       Perches North seventy seven Degrees West twelve Perches South thirty one Degrees West one hundred
       and seventy^teen^ perches then by a straight Line to the Begining Containing and laid out ^for^ fore two
       hundred and eighty Acres of Land more or less Together with all and singular the Buildings
       Fencings Orchards Gardens Meadows and all the Premisses and Appurtenances to the said Tract
       or Parcel of Land belonging or in any wise appurtaining  To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel
       of Land together with the Premises and Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said Basil Dorsey
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and
       Assigns and to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said John Carmack for himself and his
       Heirs Doth hereby covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and
       Assigns that he the said John Carmack and his heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times forever
       hereafter warrant and defend the said Tract or Parcel of Land and Premises with its Appurtenances
       against all Manner of Persons whatsoever claiming or to claim any right Title Interest or Property
       to the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land and premises with its Appurtenances from by or under him
       the said John Carmack and his Heirs and the said John Carmack doth further covenant for
       himself and his Heirs to and with the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns that he the said
       John Carmack and his Heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times forever hereafter
       at the proper Costs and Charges of him the said Basil Dorsey and his Heirs doe make acknowledge
       suffer execute or cause to be made done acknowledged suffered and executed all and every such
       further and other Act or Acts Thing or Things Assurances or Conveyances in the Law as by the
       said Basil Dorsey his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law shall
       be reasonably devised advised or required for the further and better Assurances Surety and
       Suremaking of all and singular the premises hereby bargained and sold or intended to be
       hereby bargained and sold according to the true Intent and Meaning of these presents  In
       Witness whereof the said John Carmack hath hereunto sett his Hand and Seal the Day
       and Year above written                                                               his
