593) Judgment and Execution thereupon And after Possession thereof is had and taken for us and in our Names or in the Name of me the said Robinson Wakefield to state and settle Accounts with all Person and Persons who have heretofore been or now are or who hereafter shall be Tenants in Possession of the said Premisses or any part thereof touching the Rents and Arrears of Rents of the said Premisses And upon Receipt thereof or of any Part thereof Acquittances Releases or other sufficient Discharges for us and in our Names or in the Name of me the said Robinson Wakefield to make and execute for the same and upon non Payment thereof or of any Part thereof one or more Suit or Suits at Law or ^in^ Equity against all Person and Persons liable to the Payment thereof to institute for the Recovery thereof in such manner as they or either of them shall think fit and proper and to proceed to Judgment and Execution thereupon And also for us and in our Names or in the Name of me the said Robinson Wakefield when and so soon as Possession is had and taken of the said Premisses or any Part thereof to let and demise the same Premisses or any Part thereof to such Person or Persons and for such Term or Number of Years as to them or either of them shall seem expedient at and for the most yearly Rent or Rents Sum and Sums of Money which can reasonably be come at for the same And also for us and in our Names to ask demand sue for recover and receive of and from the Representatives of Samuel Thomas late of the Province of Maryland aforesaid Planter deceased Grandfather of me the said Ann Wakefield all such Sum and Sums of Money as is or are due to us for and in Respect of the distributive Share of me the said Ann Wakefield of his personal Estate and Effects And on Receipt thereof or of any Part thereof Acquittances Releases or other sufficient Discharges for us and in our Names to make and execute for the same And also for us and in our Names and on our Account to do perform and execute all and every other Matters and Things whatsoever needfull and necessary to be done in and about the Premisses as fully and effectually in every Respect as we or either of us might of could do if personally present Ratifying and hereby confirming and allowing all and whatsoever our said Attorneys or either of them shall lawfully do or cause to be done in and about the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our Seals Hands and Seals this twenty second Day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy three Signed Sealed and Delivered (being first Robinson Wakefield (LS) duly stampt) in the Presence of us W.m Cuthbert Ann Wakefield (LS) Jn.o Barber |
