       Particular Instance and Request of the aforesaid Rachel Harrison by her Son Richard Harrison
       an Especial Messenger on the Occasion and in Conformity to and Compliance with his aforesaid
       Father's Obligation and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money of Great
       Brittain to him in Hand satisfyed and paid by the said Rachel Harrison the Receipt whereof he
       the said William Wilson doth hereby acknowledge and himself satisfyed contented and paid  Hath and
       by these Presents (as Heir at Law to his aforesaid Father William Wilson Senior deceased)  Doth
       grant bargain and sell alien release and confirm all his the said William Wilsons Right Title Interest
       Property Claim and Demand in and to the aforesaid Part or Parcel of Land called Trent in Ann Arundle
       County aforesaid said To contain One hundred and twenty five acres be the same more or less and
       also in and to the said Part or Parcel of Land called Gowry Banks said to contain fifteen Acres be
       the Same more or less to the said Rachel Harrison & her Successors agreable to the last Will
       and Testament of her Husband the aforesaid Richard Harrison deceased  To have and to hold
       all and singular the aforesaid two Parcels of Land and Premisses with all the Buildings
       Orchards Fences and all other the Improvements thereunto belonging with the
       Appurtenances unto the said Rachel Harrison her Heirs and Successors to the only proper
       Use and Behoof of the said Rachel Harrison her Heirs and Successors for ever agreable to
       the last Will and Testament of aforesaid Richard Harrison  And the said William
       Wilson as Heir at Law to his Father the aforesaid William Wilson Senior deceased The herein
       granted two Parcels of Land and Premisses with all and singular the Premisses and
       Appertenances against him the said William Wilson (as Heir aforesaid) his Heirs and
       Assigns and ags.t all and every other Person & Persons lawfully claiming from by or under
       him or his Heir (by Virtue aforesaid) unto the said Rachel harrison her Heirs & Successors
       agreable as aforesaid shall and will warrant & every hereby defend  In Witness whereof
       the said William Wilson as Heir at Law aforesaid  To these Presents hath sett his Hand
       & affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above written

       On the tenth Day of September In the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and seventy
       three Before us the Subscribers two of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietarys Justices
       of the Peace for the aforesaid County personally appeared William Wilson Party to the within
       & above & acknowledged the same to be his Act & Deed and the two Parcels of Land &
       Premisses therein granted to Rachel Harrison & her Heirs to be the Right & Property
       of the said Rachel Harrison & her Heirs &c according to the true Intent and Meaning thereof
