572 himself fully content and satisfied hath granted bargained and sold aliened enfeofed conveyed and confirmed and doth hereby for himself and his heirs grant bargain and sell alien enfeoff convey and confirm unto him the said Benjamin Gaither his heirs and assigns for ever All that Part of a Tract of Land called Hammonds Strife lying in Frederick County Beginning at two bounded red oaks at the End of South ten degrees west one hundred and Eight Perches on the fourth Line of the said Strife it being the Beginning of Henry Gaithers Part of the said Land and running thence across the said Land binding on running with the said Ljaithers given Line North eighty four Degrees East one hundred and twenty five Perches to intersect the original Lines on the East Side of the said Land being on on running with the said Lines North fifteen Degrees East one hundred and twenty eight Perches then North ten Degrees West sixty eight Perches North sixty Degrees West twelve Perches to the Cross Line of Edward Gaithers Part of the said Tract binding on and running with the said Line South forty five one half degrees West one hundred and fifty two Perches to the Beginning of the fourth Line of the original binding on the said Line to the Beginning containing and now laid out for one hundred and twenty six & one Quarter Acres of Land more or less together with all and singular the Premises and Appurtenances unto the said Parcel or Tract of Land in anywise belonging with the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the same And all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Possession Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him the said John Hammond Party to this Deed as aforesaid of in to or out of the said Land and every Part and Parcel thereof with its Appurtenances as aforesaid To have and to hold the said Parcel or Tract of Land aforesaid being Part of a Tract of Land called Hammond's Strife as aforesaid with each and every of its Appurtenances and Improvements hereby granted bargained and sold or intended so to be by these Presents unto him the said Benjamin Gaither his heirs and Assigns for ever to and for his and their sole and proper Use and Behoof and to and for none other whatsoever And the said John Hammond aforesaid the aforesaid Parcel of Land and every part thereof with all and singular its Appurtenances and (Improvements) |
