       that she did the same and executed the within Deed Voluntarily and freely without being induced
       thereto by Fears or Threats of or ill Usage from her said Husband or through Fear of his displeasure
       according to the true Intent and meaning of the same Deed and Act of Assembly in such case made

       Maryland fs.t      This Indenture made this twenty seventh Day of August in the
       Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and seventy three  Between Charles Dorsey of Frederick County
       Planter of the one Part and Ely Gassaway (the Son of Thomas) of Anne Arundel County of the other Part
       Witnesseth that the said Charles Dorsey for and in Consideration of the Sum of two hundred
       and eight Pounds Current Money to him in Hand paid before the ensealing and delivery of these
       Presents the Receipt of which he the said Charles Dorsey doth hereby acknowledge and for ever
       acquit exonerate and discharge the said Ely Gassaway his Heirs and Assigns Hath granted
       bargained sold alien'd released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth grant bargain
       sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto the said Ely Gassaway his Heirs and Assigns for ever a
       certain Part of a Tract or Parcel of Land called Belly Oke Thicket lying and being in Baltimore
       County beginning at the original Boundaries of the said Tract of Land and running thence
       South sixty one Degrees East Fifty two Perches then South sixty six Degrees West one hundred
       and eighty five Perches with the given Line of Dorseys Thicket to the End of the twenty second
       Course of the Original Survey and then bounding on the Original Survey the four following
       Courses Viz.t North fifteen Degrees West ninety Perches North sixty seven Degrees West twenty six
       Perches South thirty two degrees West eighty eight Perches South fifty Eight Degrees West twenty Perches then
       North sixty      Degrees West eighty three Perches to the End of the thirty fourth Course then bounding on the
       the Original Survey North thirty eight Degrees East sixty Perches North fourteen Degrees East fifty eight
       Perches North seventy Degrees East thirty nine Perches South eighty eight Degrees East one hundred and
       fifty four Perches South fifty four Degrees East twenty Perches South seventy one Degrees East fifty three
       Perches then with a straight Line to the first beginning Containing and now laid for two hundred Acres of Land
       more or less also a certain Tract or Parcel of Land thereunto adjoining called Greenbury's Meadow
       beginning at the End of the second Line of a Tract of Land called Gardiners Delight and running
       thence South thirty six Perches then South fifty Degrees West thirty two Perches then North seventy one
       Degrees and thirty Minutes West sixty five Perches then North eighty Eight Degrees East forty seven Perches
       then South fifty nine Degrees and thirty Minutes East seventeen Perches then North fifty Degrees
       east sixteen Perches then North twenty two Perches thence with a straight Line to the first beginning
       containing and now laid out for Eight Acres of Land more or less together with all Rights Profits
       Benefits and Priviledges thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining thereto  To have and
       and to hold the said Parcels of Land and Premisses with the Improvements and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging unto him the said Ely Gassaway his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other
       use Intent or purpose whatsoever  And the said Charles Dorsey for himself his Heirs Executors and  
       Administrators doth hereby Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Ely Gassaway
       his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Ely Gassaway his Heirs and Assigns shall and may
       for ever hereafter quietly and peaceably have hold Use Occupy Possess and enjoy the aforesaid
       Parcels of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging without any trouble
       or Molestation from by or under him the said Charles Dorsey his Heirs Executors or Administrators
       and the said Charles Dorsey for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators hereby
