551) x.d This Indenture made the Twenty eighth Day of June in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Seventy three between Ann Ogle of the City of Annapolis Widow of the one part and Benjamin Ogle Esquire of the same place of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Ann Ogle for and in Consideration of the Sum of Nine Hundred Pounds Sterling to her in Hand paid by the s.d Benjamin Ogle at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Ann Ogle doth hereby Acknowledge Hath given granted bargained and sold and by these presents Doth give grant bargain and sell unto the said Benjamin Ogle his Heirs and assigns all that Lott parcell or piece of Ground scituate lying and being in the City of Annapolis fronting Tabernacle and George Streets in the said City and in the last Survey thereof called known and distinguished by the Lott Number one hundred and Eight also all that Lot Parcell or Piece of Ground called known and distinguished by the Lott Number eighty nine Scituate lying and being contiguous and adjoining the aforesaid lott Number one hundred and Eight and which said Lott Number eighty Nine was granted to the said Ann Ogle by an Escheat patent bearing date the fifteenth Day of December seventeen hundred and sixty One together with all buildings gardens or other improvements on the said Lotts or either of them Now erected or being or thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining And all the Estate Right Title and Interest of the said Ann Ogle to the same and each and every part thereof To Have and to Hold the said Lotts or parcells of Ground containing more or less and each of them and every part thereof with the Premisses and Appurtenances to them or either of them belonging or appertaining unto the said Benjamin Ogle his Heirs and Assigns to his and their only proper Use and Behoof and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Ann Ogle hath hereunto set his Hand & seal the Day & Year first above written Signed Sealed & Delivered A Ogle (LS) in the Presence of Dan.l of S.t Tho.s Jenifer J Ridout On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed Viz On the 28.th Day of June seventeen hundred and Seventy three Received of Benjamin Ogle Esq.r the sum of Nine hundred pounds Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned Witness P me A Ogle Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer |
