550 Recovery may be had and suffered in the said Provincial Court of the said Lands and premisses According to the Course of Recovery used And it is hereby declared that the said Recovery so to be had and suffered shall be and enure and shall be adjudged deemed and taken to be and enure to the use and behoof of the said Richard Lee and his heirs and assigns for ever Subject however and in trust as to one moiety or half only of the same Lands and premisses for her the said Jane Dalton for the space and term of Ninety Years if she should so long live but after her Death the said Moiety or half as aforesaid to be to the use and behoof of the said Richard Lee and his heirs & Assigns for ever And to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the partys aforesaid have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their seals day and year first above written her Signed sealed and delivered Jane + Dalton (seal) in the presence of us mark Dan Jenifer by Dalton and Lee before us Char.l Mankin (seal) G R Brown T Stone to Charles Mankins signing sealing & Delivery Rich.d Lee Junior (seal) On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Charles County fs.t On the twenty sixth day of Ap.l in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and Seventy three came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Charles County the with named Jane Dalton and Richard lee the several partys to the within Indenture and severally acknowledged the same to be their and each of their Act and Deed and the Lands and premisses thereby bargained and Sold to be the Right and Estate of the said Charles Mankin & his heirs to the uses intents purposes and Trusts therein specified and Contained according to the true Meaning of the said Deed Dan Jenifer Acknowledged before & Certified by G R Browne Charles County 26.th Ap.l 1773 Then Received from Charles Mankin Ten Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within Exprest and also Received from Richard Lee Junior Ten shillings Sterling being 12¾ the other sum of Consideration Money also within expressed her Witness Jane + Dalton Dan Jenifer mark Recorded 17.th September 1773 |
