549 parcels of Land and part of a Tract or parcel of Land following that is to say One Tract or parcel of Land called and known by the name of Mores hope lying and being in Charles County aforesaid Conveyed by a certain Henry More to a certain Francis Heydon and John Allward by Deed bearing date the Eighth day of November in the year sixteen hundred and Sixty nine and containing and laid out for one hundred acres more or less One other Tract of Land called Good Luck lying and being in Charles County aforesaid and originally patented on the twenty first day of June in the year of our Lord sixteen hundred and Seventy five to the said John Alward and containing forty four Acres more or less And one other parcel of Land being part of a Tract of land called Partnership lying and being in the County aforesaid which parcel of Land last mentioned is bounded as follows to wit beginning at the first bound tree of the said Tract being a Red Oak and so running North west and by North for breadth Eighty perches to a bounded pickhiccory from thence running North east and by East for length two hundred perches unto a bounded Book standing in a branch from thence running south west and by south eighty perches to a bounded Persimmon by the side of a Run from thence running South west and by west to the first bounded Oak Containing and laid out for One hundred Acres more or less All which lands hereby granted were heretofore by a certain John Alward aforesaid devised by his Will to the said Jane Dalton by the name of Jane Yopp his Grandaughter in Fee Tail together with all Fences and Improvements thereon with the easements profits and advantages of the same and of every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders thereof And all the Right Title Interest claim and Demand of the said Jane Dalton of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have and to hold the same Lands and premisses and each and every of them with the appurtenances free and freely and clearly discharged Assigns to such Uses Intents and purposes as are herein after mentioned expressed and declared of and concerning the same that is to say To the intent to make him the said Charles Mankin Tenant of the Freehold of the said premisses and each of them against whom a Common Recovery of the said Lands and premisses may be had and suffered And to that end and purpose it is agreed by and between the partys to these presents that the said Richard Lee shall before this April Term prosecute and sue forth a writ or Entry sur dissesin en le post returnable before the Justices of the provincial Court the said Term of April whereby the said Richard lee shall demand against the said Charles Mankin the said Lands and premisses with their and every of their appurtenances by such Names additions and descriptions as shall be thought fit to which Writ the said Charles Mankin shall appear gratis and Vouch to Warrant the said Jane Dalton who shall likewise appear gratis and enter into warranty and Vouch over the Common Vouchee who shall likewise appear gratis & enter into Warranty and Imparl and afterwards make default whereby a Common Recovery |
