533) and by him conveyed to the said William Buchanan the other part being three hundred and sixty acres having been then to fore conveyed by the said Benedict Swope to Conrod Orendorf John Breker and John Windle Harman Also one other part of the said Tract of parcel of Land called Wilson's Delight containing one acre of Land heretofore conveyed by the said George Matthews by Deed bearing date the tenth day of September One Thousand seven hundred and sixty three to the said Benedict Swope and William Buchanan and which Benedict Swope afterwards ^by Deed^ conveyed his moiety or half part thereof to the said William Buchanan Also part of one other Tract or parcel of Land called Bond's Meadows enlarged containing fifty acres of Land heretofore conveyed by one John Ridgeley to the said Benedict Swope and William Buchanan by deed bearing date the sixth day of October One Thousand seven hundred and sixty four and which Benedict Swope afterwards conveyed his moiety or half part thereof to the said William Buchanan Also one other part of a Tract or parcel of Land called brown's Plague containing and laid out for Eleven acres and one quarter of an acre of Land heretofore conveyed by George Brown by Deed bearing date the twelfth day of March One Thousand seven hundred and sixty five to the said Benedict Swope and William Buchanan and which Benedict Swope afterwards conveyed his moiety or half thereof to the said William Buchanan Also two other Tracts or parcels of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid originally patented to Michael Swope and by him afterwards conveyed to the said William Buchanan the one called Brother's Inheritance containing Two Thousand five hundred acres of Land save and except six hundred and seventy five acres part thereof which the said Michael Swope had then to fore conveyed to a certain John England The other Called York Company's Defence containing One Thousand acres of Land clear of and save and except one hundred and thirty seven acres and ninety perches conveyed by the said Michael Swope to a certain Joseph Murray and an other part thereof sold to Henry Nicodemus Also three other Tracts or parcels of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid heretofore conveyed by Samuel Durbin to the said William Buchanan originally called and known by the respective names of Jacks Purchase containing fifty acres more or less Indian War containing Twenty eight acres more or less The Resurvey on Indian War containing Seventy two Acres more or less and also all that part of Cobb's choice which was heretofore devised to the said Samuel Durbin by the last Will and Testament of Samuel Durbin his Father deceased Also one other Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid known and distinguished by the name of Narrow bottom containing fifty acres of Land more or less originally patented to a certain William Young of Baltimore County who conveyed the same to Benjamin Arnold who afterwards reconveyed the same to the said William Buchanan Also part of an other Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid called and known by the name of Bottom and Top containing fifty acres of Land more or less formerly conveyed by Anthony Arnold to a certain James White who afterwards reconveyed the same to the said William Buchanan Also part |
