       by the said Thomas Campbell the receipt whereof the said John Campbell doth
       hereby Acknowledge Hath given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed
       released confirmed and made over as by these Presents he the said John Campbell
       doth for him and his Heirs give grant bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff release confirm
       and make over unto him the said Thomas Campbell (in his full and Peaceable
       Possession and Seisin being) and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever all his Right
       Title and Interest in and to one Undivided Eight part of a certain Plantation or
       Parcel of Land lying and being situated in the Fondes of Bocry and Parish of
       S.t Paul in the Island of Dominica being commonly known by the Name of the
       Hope Estate together with three other Unsettled Lotts or Parcels of Lands at Present
       in woods adjoining and Contiguous to the former and known by the Names of Lotts
       Number Three four and seven Containing in all Eight hundred and Eighty Acres
       more or Less with all the Houses Buildings Negroes Servants Plantation Utensils
       and other Appurtenances and Conveniencys in any Manner of Way belonging
       or Appertaining unto the said Plantation and Lotts To have and to Hold the
       said four Tracts or parcels of Lands and Premisses with their and every of their     
       Appurtenances unto the said Thomas Campbell his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       And to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said John Campbell
       doth for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant Promise
       grant and Agree to and with the said Thomas Campbell his Heirs and Assigns
       that he the said John Campbell and his Heirs the aforesaid four Tracts or
       Parcells of bargained and sold Lands and Premisses with all & singular
       their Appurtenances unto the said Thomas Campbell his Heirs and Assigns against
       all and every Person or Persons lawfully Claiming or to Claim by or under him the
       said John Campbell shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend by these
       Presents And the said John Campbell for himself his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators doth hereby further Covenant Promise grant and Agree to and
       with the said Thomas Campbell his Heirs and Assigns that he the said John
       Campbell and his Heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times
       hereafter at the reasonable request and at the Cost and Charges in the Law of the
       said Thomas Campbell his Heirs and Assigns make do suffer and Execute or
       cause and procure to be made done suffered and Executed all and every such
       further and other Lawfull Acts Deeds Conveyances and Assurances whatsoever
       for the further and better Conveying and Assuring the hereby bargained and sold
       Lands and Premises unto the said Thomas Campbell his Heirs and Assigns be it
       by Fine Recovery Lease and Release Acknowledgment or Inrollment or by
       any other Ways and Means as by his or their Council Learned in the Law
       shall be reasonably devised advised or required In Witness whereof the said
       John Campbell doth hereunto sett his hand and Seal day and Year above
       Written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered
