       an Allottment of Ground in Baltimore Town containing by estimation one Acre which said
       several plantations Tracts or parcels of Land or Ground were formerly the Estate and Inheritance
       of Edward Fell late Father of the said Ann Wakefield under certain patents granted to him thereof
       or otherwise or by whatsoever ^other^ name or names quantities descriptions or other certainties the premises or
       any of them now are or at any time heretofore usually were called known distinguished or described either
       in the Patents Grants or other Conveyance or Conveyances thereof respectively or any of them or otherwise
       with all and every the Rights privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging  And also for him
       the said Allan Pearson and in his name and for his use to contract and agree for the sale and
       absolutely to sell and dispose of all and every or any of the s.d plantations Tract and parcels of Land
       Messuage Tenement and Hereditaments or any part thereof in such Lots and at and for such
       price or prices Sum or Sums of money as he the said Henry Thompson shall think fit to accept
       or take for the same and upon such Sale or Sales to sign seal and execute such Contracts and agreements
       Deeds Writings Conveyances and Assurances in the Law as shall be necessary and requisite and to do
       and perform all and every such further and other lawful and reasonable acts and things for the
       perfecting thereof as he shall think proper or be advised is necessary in that Behalf  And also for
       the use of him the said Allan Pearson to receive the Sum or Sums of Money or Consideration for which
       the said Lands Tenements & Hereditaments or any part thereof shall be sold as aforesaid and upon Receipt
       thereof to give good and sufficient Receipts Releases or Discharges for the same and any ^every^ part thereof
       Likewise one Attorney or more with the like or limitted power under him to make and Substitute
       and the same at pleasure to revoke  Giving and by these presents granting unto the said Henry
       Thompson or any other person or persons whatsoever by him to be substituted full and absolute power
       and Authority in touching and concerning the premisses and the Dependancies thereof and hereby
       ratifying allowing and Confirming for good and valid All and whatsoever the said Henry Thompson
       shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the Execution of the premises by virtue of these presents
       In Witness whereof the said Allan Pearson hath hereunto set his hand and seal this twenty
       eighth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy two
       Sealed and delivered (being first duly Stampt)

       John Boorn                        To which aforegoing Power of Attorney was thus annexed (to wit)

       Halbert Hanson of Baltimore Town in the province of Maryland in America Master
       and Mariner Samuel Chace of Swancey in the County of Bristol in the province of Massachusett's        
       Bay in America Master and Mariner and John Boorn of Dighton in the said County
       of Bristol Mariner all now resident at Liverpool in the County of Lancaster and Kingdom of
       Great Britain severally make oath before Thomas Golightly Esquire Mayor of the ^Borough and^ Corporation
       of Liverpool aforesaid That they these Deponents were present and did see Allan Pearson of
       Liverpool aforesaid Merchant sign seal and as his Act and Deed Poll or Letter of Attorney hereunto
       annexed and that the Name Allan Pearson thereto subscribed and set as the party Executing the
       same is of the proper hand writing of the said Allan Pearson and these deponents further
       severally say that the named H.t Hanson Sam.l Chace and John Boorn thereto severally
