       said Office as also all those that from Time to Time during their Continuance in the
       said Office shall be added thereunto in such manner as that in Case of Death or that they
       shall be legally dismissed from Officiating longer in the said Office they the said Benedict
       Calvert and George Steuart Esquires their Executors or Administrators shall surrender
       and deliver up or cause to be Surrendered and delivered up to the next Person who shall
       succeed them in the said Land Office all the Papers and Record Books now being in the
       said Land Office in good Order and repair as also all such other papers and Record Books
       which shall be by them added in the like good order and repair with the Records and Entries
       faithfully legally and truly made up and entered during the time they shall Officiate
       in the said Office without favour or affection but according to the Truth the Nature of the thing
       and the Duty of their Office and all other the Dutys of their said Office legally duly and
       faithfully shall discharge according to Law and the true Intent and Meaning of the Act
       of Assembly in such Cases made and provided then the above obligation shall be void and of
       none Effect else to be and remain in full force and virtue in Law

       they saw the within bounden George Steuart and William Digges Esquires Execute the
       within written Bond
