       that a good and perfect Common Recovery or Recoveries may be had prosecuted
       executed and perfected in and upon the said Writ of Entry in all things according
       to the usual Course and form of common Recoveries for Assurance of Land in
       such Cases uses  And it his hereby covenanted concluded declared and agreed by
       and between all and every the said parties to these presents for themselves and their heirs
       that from and immediately after the suffering and perfecting the said Common Recovery
       or Recoveries aforesaid as well these presents and the assurance hereby made as the
       said Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner suffered f the aforesaid
       Land and premisses or any part thereof by and between the said parties to these
       presents shall be and enure and shall be construed adjudged deemed and taken
       and so are and were meant and intended to be and enure and is and are hereby
       declared by all the said parties to these presents to be and enure and the
       Recoveror or Recoverors in such Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named
       and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seized of the Land and premisses
       aforesaid with the appurtenances to the only proper use and Behoof of the said
       Joseph Ensor his heirs and assigns for ever and to and for no other use intent
       or purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have
       hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       On the twenty fourth day of April seventeen hundred and seventy three before
       the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County duly
       authorized and sworn Personally Came the within named Walter James Barney
       Binox and Ann Barney and being severally examined according to the form of the
       Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided acknowledged the within Indenture
       to be their Act and Deed  And the said Ann being seperately examined apart from
       her said Husband freely relinquished her Right and Title to the within Land and
       premisses to the said Joseph Ensor and his Heirs and         acknowledged she did the
       same freely and voluntarily and without being compelled thereto by threats from
       her said Husband or thro' fear of his displeasure
