475 warranty or covenants therein than are in these presents contained And so as the party or parties who by vertue hereof shall be requested to make such further or other assurance or assurances be not compelled or compellable to go or travel from his her or their usual place or places of abode for the making doing or executing thereof In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereto set their hands and Seals the day and year first above written On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t Sealed and delivered by the within Named Robinson Wakefield (seal) Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife being first duly stampt with a five shilling Stamp Ann Wakefield (seal) in the presence of us W.m Cuthbert Philip Gibson We the within named Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife do hereby acknowledge that on the twenty sixth day of August now last past we did receive of and from the within named Allan Pearson the sum of seven hundred 750.ℓℓ and fifty Pounds in full of the consideration and purchase money within mentioned to be paid us As witness our Hands the day and year first within written Witnesses hereto Robinson Wakefield William Cuthbert Ann Wakefield Philip Gibson To which aforegoing Indenture was annexed as follows to wit This Indenture made the twenty third day of November in the thirteenth year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy two Between Allan Pearson of Liverpool in the County of Lancaster Merchant of the first part Robinson Wakefield of North Shields in the County of Northumberland Gentleman and Ann his wife late Ann Fell spinster only Child and heir at Law of Edward Fell formerly of Baltimore Town in the province of Maryland in America Merchant deceased of the second part Henry Thompson of Baltimore Town aforesaid Merchant of the third part and Samuel Owings of Baltimore Town aforesaid of the fourth part Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of five shillings a piece to the said Allan Pearson Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife in hand paid by the said Henry Thompson upon or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for docking barring and destroying all Estates Tail Remainders and Reversions expectant or in any wise depending upon or in the Tenements hereditaments or herein after mentioned or hereby Granted Bargained and sold or intended so to be They the said Allan Pearson Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife Have and each and every of them Hath according to their several and respective Estates and Interests in the premises |
