474 Intent and meaning of these presents And that it shall and may be lawful to & for the said Allan Pearson his heirs and assigns peaceably and quietly to enter into and upon the premisses hereby Granted Bargained and sold or intended so to be and the same with the appurtenances from time to time and all times hereafter peaceably and quietly to have hold use occupy possess and enjoy and the rents issues and profits thereof to receive and take to his and their own use and uses without the lawful lett suit trouble interruption eviction ejection molestation or disturbance whatsoever of from or by them the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife or either of them or by or through their or either of their wilful means or default consent privity or procurement And free and clear and freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged of from and against all former and other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales Leases Mortgages Jointures dowers uses wills Intails Statutes Judgments Executions Extents fines Issues Seizures Amercements Escheats forfeitures Rents and Arrears of Rents acts Estates Titles Trusts Troubles charges Incumbrances and demands whatsoever had made done or committed by them the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife or either of them or by or through their or either of their wilful means or default consent privity or procurement suffered to be done (other than and ^except^ such Fee Farm or Quit Rents and Services as from and after the first day of August last have grown due and payable or shall grow due and payable to the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees of the said premises) And further that they the said Robinson Wakefield and Ann his wife and all and every other person and persons whomsoever having or lawfully claiming or who can shall or may ^at^ any time or times hereafter have or lawfully claim any Estate Right Title Trust or Interest whatsoever of in ^to^ or out of the said several Plantations Tracts pieces or parcels of Land or Ground Messuage or Tenement and other the premises hereby Granted Bargained and Sold or intended so to be or any part thereof by from or under or In trust for them or either of them or by or through their or either of their wilful means or default consent privity or procurement shall and will at any time within the space of fourteen years now next ensuing at the request and proper Costs and charges in the Law of the said Allan Pearson his heirs and assigns make do acknowledge levy suffer and Execute or cause or procure to be made done acknowledged levied suffered and executed all and every such further and other lawful and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Deeds devises conveyances and assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better more perfect and absolute Granting bargaining selling conveying and assuring the premises hereby granted bargained and sold or intended so to be with their and every their appurtenances unto the said Allan Pearson his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Allan Pearson his heirs and assigns for ever be the same by fine or fines Recovery or Recoveries according to the Laws or Usage of the said province of Maryland or of the Provincial or any other Court or Courts there Deed or Deeds inrolled or not inrolled or by the inrolment of these presents or otherwise as by the said Allan Pearson his heirs or assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised advised and required so as the same contain no further or other warranty |
