       This Indenture made this sixteenth day of April in the year One thousand seven
       hundred and seventy three between Thomas Stone Attorney at Law of the One part and
       Ann Lucas of Saint Marys County wife of John Lucas of the said County of the other part
       Witnesseth that the said Thomas Stone for and in Consideration of five Shillings Current
       Money to him in hand paid by the said Ann Lucas the receipt whereof the said Thomas Stone
       doth hereby acknowledge and in pursuance of the Trusts reposed in him by the said Ann
       Lucas and a certain John Lucas her Husband by their joint Deed bearing Date the fifteenth
       day of April in the year Seventeen Hundred and seventy three reference to the said Deed being
       had will appear  And in Execution of the said Trusts He the said Thomas Stone Hath Granted
       Bargained sold aliened released Enfeoffed and confirmed  And by these Presents Doth Grant
       Bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto the said Ann Lucas her Heirs and Assigns for ever
       One undivided Moiety or half part of in and into all those following Tracts of Land lying and
       being in Saint Marys County aforesaid that is to say one undivided Moiety or half part of all
       that Tract of Land lying and being in Saint Marys County aforesaid called De le Brooke
       Mannor containing Two thousand Acres of Land more or less with the appurtenances
       Also one undivided Moiety or half part of all that Tract or parcell of Land lying and
       being in Saint Marys County aforesaid called the Back Land containing four
       hundred Acres ^of Land^ more or less with the appurtenances  And also one undivided Moiety
       or half part of all that Tract of Land lying and being in Saint Marys County aforesaid
       called the Two Brothers containing Two hundred and twenty five Acres of Land more or
       less with the appurtenances  The said undivided Moiety or half part of the said Lands being
       the undivided Moiety or half part of the said Tracts of Land remaining in the said Thomas
       Stone after the Transfer of the other undevided Moiety or half part of the sid Lands and
       in the same to the said John Lucas his Heirs and Assigns for ever by the said Thomas
       Stone by Deed bearing equal date with this Indenture reference being there^un^to had will appear
       in Execution of the Trusts aforesaid together with all Houses Outhouses woods ways waters
       and water Courses Profits Emoluments Conveniences and Benefits whatsoever to the said Moiety
       or half part of the said Lands and Premisses hereby Meant and intended to be conveyed to the
       said Ann Lucas her Heirs and Assigns for ever and every part thereof belonging or in any
       wise appurtaining  And also all the Right Title Interest Estate Claim and Demand
       whatsoever of him the said Thomas Stone in and to the same Moiety of the said Tracts of
       land and Premisses and every part and parcell thereof  And the Remainder and Remainders
       reversion and reversions Rents Issues and Profits of the Same undevided Moiety of the said
       Lands and Premisses and every part thereof with the Appurtenances  To have and to
       hold the said undevided Moiety or half part of the said Lands and every of them with the
       appurtenances to her the said Ann Lucas her Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper
       use and Behoof of her Ann Lucas her Heirs and Assigns for ever as Tenant in common
       with the said John Lucas of the said Tracts of Land and every of them by undevided Moieties
       and not as Jointenants  In Witness whereof the said Thomas Stone hath hereto set his
       Hand and Seal the day and Year first aforesaid

                                                       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       On the sixteenth day of April in the Year Seventeen hundred and seventy three Came Before me
       the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the above Named Thomas Stone
       and acknowledged this Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the undivided Moiety of the Lands within
       mentioned and Premisses with their Appurtenances to be the right Title and Estate of the within
       mentioned Ann Lucas her Heirs and Assigns for ever
