       Executors and Administrators for ever hath bargained sold Aliened released
       and confirmed and the said John Hamilton by these Presents Doth bargain
       sell Alien release and Confirm unto the said Rezin Rowles and Charles
       Rumsey their Heirs and Assigns for ever all his Lotts in Charles Town and
       Dwelling House and other Buildings thereon erected and built as also all
       his Lands and Tenements whatsoever and wheresoever and also all his slaves
       Horses Carriages Household Furniture and all and every his goods & chattels
       whatsoever and wheresoever to have and to Hold all and Singular the
       Lands Lotts Tenements Goods Chattels and Premisses above mentioned and the
       Reversion and Reversions ^Rents Issues and Profits^ Remainder and Remainders of the same and all
       the Estate Right Title Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said
       John Hamilton of in and to the same unto the said Rezin Rowles and
       Charles Rumsey their Heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper use and
       Behoof of the said Rezin Rowles and Charles Rumsey their Heirs and Assigns
       for ever And also that the said Patrick Hamilton for and in Consideration of
       the Premisses and for the better securing and indemnifying the said Rezin
       Rowles and Charles Rumsey their and each of their Heirs Executors and
       Administrators of and from all and all Manner of Loss Costs Charges
       Damage or Damages Expence Suit and Suits that shall or may arise
       by Virtue of their being bound as aforesaid And also for and in
       Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings to him the said Patrick Hamilton
       in hand paid by the said Rezin Rowles and Charles Rumsey the receipt
       whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every part and
       parcel thereof doth hereby acquit Exonerate and discharge the said Rezin
       Rowles and Charles Rumsey their and each of their Heirs Executors and
       Administrators Hath bargained sold aliened released and confirmed
       and by these Presents Doth bargain sell alien release and confirm unto the
       said Rezin Rowles and Charles Rumsey their Heirs and Assigns all
       that his Tract of Land called Love Point situate lying and being in Queen
       Anns County on the Northermost End of Kent Island containing four Hundred
       Acres be the same more or Less And also all his Slaves Horses Cattle
       Stock Household Furniture and Plantation Geers whatsoever and all his
       Lotts of Land and Houses in Charles Town Cecil County and all his Lands
       and Tenements wheresoever and whatsoever And all his goods and
       Chattels whatsoever and wheresoever And the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the same and
       every part and parcel thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Patrick Hamilton of in
       and to the Premisses and every part and parcel thereof To have and to
       Hold unto the said Rezin Rowles and Charles Rumsey and their Heirs
       and Assigns forever to the only proper use and Behoof of the said Charles
       Rumsey and Rezin Rowles their Heirs and Assigns for ever Provided always
       and on Condition Nevertheless that if the said John Hamilton and Patrick
       Hamilton or either of them their or either of their Heirs Executors and
