       to the first Line of Coles Harbour and Todds Range then Reversing the said line to the
       Beginning aforesaid containing twenty eight and a half Acres more or less  Together with all
       Improvements ways Waters Water courses Easements profits Previleges advantages & appurtenances
       whatsoever on the same piece or parcel of Land being to the same belonging or in any
       wise appurtaining  And all the Estate, Right, Title, Interest, Use, Trust, property, claim and
       Demand whatsoever of him the said Charles Carroll or which he the same Charles Carroll can
       or may Lawfully Convey of in and to the said piece or Parcel of Land and premisses  To have
       and to hold the said piece or parcel of Land and premisses with its rights, members and
       appurtenances to him the said Thomas Harrison his Heirs and Assigns to the only
       proper Use and behoof of the aforesaid Thomas Harrison his Heirs and assigns for ever; and
       to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the Parties
       to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals;
       the day and year first above written

                      Will Deards              On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t)

       Know all Men by these Presents that I Charles Carroll, party to the within Deed have
       made Constituted and appointed; and by these presents Do make Constitute and appoint
       Darby Lux and William Russell Merchants in Baltimore, My Attornies jointly and either
       of them My Attornies Severally for me and in my Name to enter into, have and take full
       and quiet and peaceable Possession and seisin of the piece or parcel of Land within mentioned
       to be granted, bargained, Sold, aliened, Released, enfeoffed and Confirmed, or any, or every
       part and parcel thereof and After such Possession and Seisin so thereof taken and had he
       like full and peaceable possession and seisin thereof or of some Part thereof in the Name
       of the whole or any part or parcel thereof unto the within Named Thomas Harrison or
       to his certain Attorney or Attornies in that behalf, to give and Deliver  To hold to him
       the said Thomas Harrison his Heirs and Assigns for ever, according to the purport True
       intent and meaning of the within Deed Ratifying Confirming and Allowing all and
       whatsoever my said Attornies or either of them shall do in the premises  In Witness
       whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Affixed my seal this second Day of January in
       the year of our Lord seventeen Hundred and seventy three

       On the Sixth Day of March seventeen hundred and seventy three the above Named William
       Russell as Attorney and in the Name of the above Charles Carroll did enter into and take full
       quiet and peaceable Possession and seisin of the piece or Parcell of Land above Mentioned
       thereupon the ^like^ full and peaceable Possession and Seisin thereof did give and deliver unto the above
       named Thomas Harrison  To hold him the said Thomas Harrison his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever according to the purport true intent and Meaning of the within Deed
       In Witness whereof we the Subscribing witness who were personally present have hereto
       set our Hands the Day and year aforesaid                              Matt Ridley
