          Use intent or Purpose Whatsoever and the said James Disney for himself his Heirs Executors
       and Administrators do covenant Promise and grant to and with the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs
       and Assigns that he the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns shall and may from Time
       to Time and at all Times Hereafter Lawfully Peaceably and Quietly Have hold Use Occupy Possess
       and Enjoy all the said Piece of Land and Premisses all the Rents Issues & Benefits thereof to his or their
       Use without any Lett Suit Trouble or Disturbance of him the Said James Disney his Heirs Exe.rs
       or Administrators or of any other Person or Persons whatsoever Claiming by from or Under him them
       or any of them   In Witness whereof the Party first to these Presents hath hereunto Set his hand

       to be the Right and Estate of the within Names Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns for Ever
       according to the True Intent and meaning of the same and agreeable to the Act of Assembly in Such
       Cases made and Provided
