       Purpose whatsoever To have and to Hold the said undivided fifth part of all  
       the said Goods Chattels Slaves Servants Utensils Provisions Ore Coal and Stock of
       every kind (save and Except the said Pigg and Barr Iron made at the said Works
       between the Thirtieth day of December last and the fourth day of this Instant
       September) unto him the said Daniel Dulany his Executors Administrators & Assigns
       to his and their own proper use And To have and to Hold all the Right Title and
       Interest of them the said Ann Ogle and Robert Carter of in and to the said Debts
       Bonds Writings and Contracts to him the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns to and for his and their own proper use & Benefit
       and the said Ann Ogle and Robert Carter for themselves & their respective heirs
       Executors & Administrators do jointly and each of them doth severally Covenant and
       grant to and with the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns that they the said Robert Carter and ann Ogle their Heirs Exors and
       Administrators shall and will at any Time or Times hereafter at the reasonable
       request Costs and Charges of the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs Executors Adm.rs
       or Assigns make any and all such further or other reasonable Deed or Deeds
       or Assurance as shall be Devised or Advised by Council Learned in the Law
       whereby the more surely and Effectually to Convey and Transfer all & singular
       the Premisses to the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs Executors Adm.rs or Assigns
       so as any such further or other Deed or Assurance contain no Warranty or Covenant
       more than is herein Contained In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents
       have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the
       Day and Year first above Written

       On the back of the aforegoing was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named
       Daniel Dulany the Sum of six Thousand one hundred and fifty Pounds Sterling
       being the Consideration within mentioned to be by him paid to us

           On the fourteenth Day of September Seventeen hundred and Seventy Came before me
       the Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within Named Ann Ogle and
       Robert Carter & severally acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be their
       respective Act and Deed and the Iron Works Lands Tenements & Hereditaments
       within mentioned with their Appurtenances to be the Right & Estate of the within
       mentioned Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the Goods Chattels
       Slaves Servants and other Personal Estate therein mentioned to be conveyed to be the
       Right and Property of the said Daniel Dulany his Executors Administrators and
       Assigns according to the True Intent & meaning of the within Deed and the Act of
       Assembly in such Case made & Provided
