40 grant bargain Sell Alien release and confirm unto the aforesaid Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns for ever the said one undivided fifth part of the said Iron Works Furnaces Forges Lands Tenements and Hereditaments belonging to or reputed to belong to the said Company commonly called the Baltimore Company and all Lands Tenements and Hereditaments of which the Honourable Benjamin Tasker Junior Esquire the Honourable Benjamin Tasker Esquire the Father both Deceased Joseph Galloway before mentioned and them the said Ann Ogle and Robert Carter or any or either of them was were or is or are Seized Possessed or in any Manner intitled as Tenant or Tenants in Common or Jointenancy or otherwise together with certain Charles Carroll Esquire Charles Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll Son of Daniel the aforesaid Daniel Dulany and a certain Walter Dulany or a certain Charles Carroll of Carrolton in the Stead and Share of the aforesaid Charles Carroll Esquire or any or either of them with the Appurtenances And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all and Singular the said Iron Works Furnaces Forges Lands Tenements Hereditaments & Premisses And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever both at Law and in Equity of them the said Ann Ogle and Robert Carter and each of them of in and to the same and every part & parcel thereof And the said Ann Ogle and Robert Carter for the Consideration aforesaid have also granted sold and Delivered And by these Presents do grant sell and deliver unto him the said Daniel Dulany his Executors Administrators and Assigns the said undivided fifth part of all Goods Chattels Slaves Servants Utensils Provisions Ore Coal and Stock of every kind belonging to or reputed to belong to the said Company commonly called the baltimore Company (save and Except all Barr Iron made at the said Works between the Thirtieth day of December last and the fourth day of this Instant September) And the said Ann Ogle and Robert Carter for the Consideration aforesaid Have also granted Assigned Transfered and set over And by these Presents do grant Assign Transfer and set over unto him the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns All the Right Title and Interest of them the said Ann Ogle and Robert Carter of in and to all Debts due and all Bonds Writings and Contracts whatsoever for the Conveyance of any lands Tenements or Hereditaments or for the Performance of any Matter or Thing whatsoever touching or concerning the said Iron Works or the Purchases of Land or Stock therefor made with or to or to the use of the said Benjamin Tasker the Father Benjamin Tasker Junior Joseph galloway Ann Ogle and Robert Carter and the others of the said Company or Partners or any or either of them to or for the Use of the said Company To have and to Hold the said undivided fifth Part of the said Iron Works Furnaces Forges Lands Tenements and Hereditaments with their Rights Members & Appurtenances hereby granted bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended to be granted bargained and sold to him the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper use and Behoof of the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose |
