       mentioned and contained unto the within named Jane Fishwick her Heirs and Assigns for ever
       according to the true intent and meaning of the same Deed  And I further Certify that I did examine
       the said Sarah Darnall the wife of the said Robert Privately and out of the hearing of her said
       Husband agreeable to the Act of Assembly in such cases made and Provided and that she  
       Declared and Asserted that she made her acknowledgment of the same Deed willingly and freely
       and without being induced thereto by fears or threats of or ill usage by her said Husband or for fear
       of his Displeasure  In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand the Day and Year af.d

       This Indenture made the seventeenth day of October in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and seventy
       two by and Between Robert Darnall of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman and
       Sarah Darnall his wife of the one part John Henry of Dorchester County in the Province aforesaid Gentleman
       of the second part and Amelia Green wife of Ralph Green of the same County and Daughter of the said
       Sarah Darnall and Thomas Green, John Green, and Sarah Green the Children of the said Amelia and Ralph
       Green and grand Children of the said Sarah Darnall of the third part  Witnesseth that the said Robert
       Darnall and Sarah his wife for and in consideration of the natural Love and Affection which they
       have and do bear unto the aforesaid Amelia Green, Thomas Green, John Green and Sarah Green and
       for settling and assuring the Lands and premisses herein after mentioned upon the several Trusts
       and to and for the uses herein after declared limitted and appointed as a Provision for the said
       Amelia and her Children  And also for and in consideration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling
       Money to the said Robert Darnall and Sarah his wife in hand paid by the said John Henry at
       or before the sealing and delivery hereof the Receipt whereof the said Robert and Sarah Darnall do
       hereby acknowledge and thereof do acquit and discharge the said John Henry his Heirs Executors
       and Administrators for ever by these presents the said Robert Darnall and Sarah his wife have
       given granted bargained and sold aliened released conveyed and confirmed and by these Presents
       do give grant bargain and sell alien release convey and confirm unto the said John Henry his
       Heirs and Assigns forever all that Tract of Land called Eppen Forrest lying and being on the North
       side of a Beaver Dam Branch that issueth out of the head of Chickmicomico River in Dorchester County
       aforesaid containing five hundred Acres of Land more or less with the Improvements and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging and the Reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders Rents and Services
       of the said Tract of Land and also ^all^ the Estate Right Title Intrest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of them the said Robert Darnall and Sarah his wife of in and to the aforesaid Tracts of Land and
       Premises with all and every the Improvements and Appurtenances thereunto belonging  To have and to hold
       the aforesaid tract of land and Premisses with the Appurtenances thereunto unto the said John Henry his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever upon the special Trusts and Confidence and to and for the several Uses Intents
       and Purposes hereafter mentioned limited and appointed and to and for no other use intents or purpose
       whatsoever that is to say in trust and confidence and to the use intent and purpose that the said John
       Henry and his Heirs and Assigns do and shall at all times hereafter permit and suffer the aforesaid
       Robert Darnall and Sarah his wife and his or her Assigns to have hold Possess enjoy and have the
       use of the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premisses hereby granted and to receive and take the Rents
       issues and profits thereof to his and her own sole and proper use for and during the time and term
       of the natural Life of the said Sarah Darnall and permit and suffer the said Robert Darnall to Receive
       and take the Rents issues and profits thereof to his own proper use for and during that whole Year
       which the said Sarah Darnall shall happen to Die, if he should survive the said Sarah Darnall
       no longer and from and after the Death of the said Sarah Darnall and the expiration of that
       in which the said Sarah Darnall shall happen to die if the said Robert Darnall shall survive
       said Sarah Darnall if not from the Death of the said Sarah Darnall then in trust and confidence
