405 Four Hundred Acres of Land more or less and allso all that Part of a Tract called Marsh Pasture that lieth on the South side of the af.d Tract called Weston let it contain whatsoever Quantity of Acres it may and also all that other Tract of Land called Cowe Lane lying in the same County at the head of a small Branch that issueth out of the af.d Creek called Island Creek containing one hundred and Eighty six Acres of Land more or less with their and each of their Improvements and Appurtenances and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services of the af.d several Tracts & Parcels of Land & Premisses with their and every of their Improvements and Appurtenances To have and to hold the af.d several Lands and Premisses with their Appurtenances from and after the Death of the af.d Sarah Darnall unto the said Jane Fishwick her Heirs and Assigns to her and their sole and proper uses for ever And to or for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Provided always and upon Condition that the said Jane Fishwick or her Heirs do and shall within Ten Months next after the Death of the Sarah Darnall Pay and Satisfy unto Sarah Green the Daughter of Amelia Green of Dorchester County and Grand daughter of the af.d Sarah Darnall the sum of Twenty five Pounds Current Money at the rate of dollars at seven shillings and six pence each And in case the said Jane Fishwick shall refuse or neglect to Pay the same within the time af.d then the said Robert Darnall and Sarah his Wife do hereby give and grant the several Lands and Premisses herein before mentioned unto the said Sarah Green to her own sole and proper use for and during the space and term of Three Years next after the Expiration of the time so as af.d limited for the payment of the said Twenty five pounds and from and after the expiration of the said Term of three Years then to the said Jane Fishwick again and to her Heirs and Assigns in manner first af.d and to her and their own sole and proper use for ever And the said Robert Darnall and Sarah his wife do for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators hereby Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Jane Fishwick her Heirs and Assigns that they and their Heirs shall and will at any time when thereto required by the said Jane or her Heirs or Assigns do, make, execute acknowledge and suffer all and every such further and other Acts Deeds Assurances and conveyances in the Law for the further and better assuring confirming and conveying the af.d Lands and premisses from and after the Death of the said Sarah Darnall unto the said Jane Fishwick her Heirs and Assigns for ever as by the said Jane her Heirs or Assigns shall be reasonably advised devised or required Provided the same do not contain any Clause therein that may deprive the said Robert Darnall and Sarah Darnall of their right to the said Lands during the lifetime of the said Sarah and provided the same Deed or Deeds be agreeable to the true Intent and meaning of these presents In Witness whereof the said Robert Darnall and Sarah his Wife have hereto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year af.d Signed sealed and Delivered Robert Darnall (seal) in the Presence of Adam Muir Sarah Darnall (seal) Abraham Fisher J Hepburn The above Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t) Maryland fs.t Be it hereby Certify that on the seventeenth day of October in the Year seventeen hundred and seventy two personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Robert Darnall and Sarah his wife Parties to this Deed and did severally acknowledge the same Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein men |
