392 and to hold all and Singular the said Tracts Pieces or Parcels of Land and Premisses hereby granted and released or meant mentioned or intended so to be with the Appurtenances unto the said Charles Graham his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use ^and behoof^ of the said Charles Graham his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said James Dick William Lyon and William Lux for themselves severally the said Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said Charles Graham his Heirs and Assigns against them the said James Dick William Lyon and William Lux and their Heirs and all persons claiming respectively under them shall and will warrant and forever defend by these Presents and lastly that they the said James Dick William Lyon and William Lux and their respective Heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter upon the Request and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Charles Grahame his Heirs or Assigns make do & Execute any Act or Acts Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Assurance be the same by Feoffment Lease and Release Common Recovery or otherwise for the further better and more perfect assuring the said premisses unto the said Charles Graham his Heirs or Assigns as by the said Charles Graham his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required and so that such Deed Contain no other warranty than is herein mentioned In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands & seals the Day and Year first above written Sealed and Delivered In the Presence of James Dick (seal) The words one Degree & a quarter between the two last lines Wil Lyon (seal) of the first page being first interlined And Buchanan Will.m Lux (seal) Jon.a Plowman Rob.t Alexander Charles Grahame (seal) The above Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Reced the Day of the Date of within written Indenture of the within Named Charles Grahame the sum of five shillings sterling being the full Consideration Money within mentioned £0 5 0 s19 Reced P Witness Psent James Dick Jon.a Plowman Wil Lyon And Buchanan Will.m Lux Rob.t Alexander Baltimore County fs.t On the third day of October 1772 James Dick William Lyon and William Lux parties to the within Indenture severally Acknowledged the same as their Act and Deed And the Lands and premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said Charles Grahame als partie thereto his Heirs and Assigns According to the true intent and meaning of the within Deed And the Act of Assembly in such Case made & provided 19 sides Acknowledged before Jon.a Plowman And Buchanan |
